Provide white-glove desktop and technology support to office users, primarily senior executives and leadership, including support for office technology and meeting rooms. Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient assistance aligned with Accor Global Support Services (GSS) standards, while collaborating with the Accor support team and the Director of IT Service Management for Accor Americas on infrastructure support (Wi-Fi, admin networks) and small IT projects. Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Administrative Support to join a prestigious global law firm client. The manager will lead a team of Legal Executive Assistants, ensuring high quality administrative support for attorneys while driving operational efficiency, talent development, and continuous improvement across the department.Daily Responsibilities: ?Manage day to day departmental operations, including policies, procedures, and project initiatives?Maintain a strong on site presence to monitor workloads, address challenges, and improve team effectiveness?Recruit, develop, coach, and retain Legal Executive Assistants; address employee relation matters in partnership with HR and senior leadership?Lead weekly team huddles and conduct regular one on one meetings and performance reviews?Oversee workload distribution, scheduling, coverage planning, and overtime monitoring?Partner with senior leadership on lawyer onboarding and departures, including file transitions and utilization guidance?Identify productivity or morale issues and collaborate on solutions?Drive process improvements related to people, technology, and workflows aligned with best practicesThis is a full-time position, hybrid 4 days a week, in NYC. Compensation:$150,000 per year annual salary. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. Insight Global is seeking a Hardware Refresh Consultant to join one of our large financial services clients in New York City. This individual will provide hands-on desktop support to ensure seamless device replacements, upgrades, and end-user transitions. The consultant will work directly with end users, coordinating hardware deployments, system configurations, and post-refresh support to minimize downtime and ensure a positive user experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments that require both technical expertise and strong communication skills. This is a fully onsite opportunity in their Midtown, NYC office 5 days a week. -Perform hands-on hardware refresh activities including device deployment, workstation setup, and peripheral connectivity.-Install, configure, upgrade, and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, and related hardware.-Provide white-glove, desktop-level support to end users during hardware refresh cycles.-Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and basic application issues post-deployment.-Document refresh activities, asset information, and issue resolution in ticketing systems.-Coordinate device swaps, data transfers, and user readiness activities.-Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams as needed.-Test and validate refreshed devices to ensure full functionality prior to handoff.-Maintain professionalism while supporting users in a high-visibility financial services environment.-Perform related duties consistent with the scope of the hardware refresh program.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
