Business Development Manager – Philly

Philadelphia, PA

Insight Global is looking for a Business development Manager to support one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the world. In this role you will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities within target market sectors while providing quality service. This job is part of the Sales function, who are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new and existing clients. What You?ll DoNegotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the Business Development Director and Divisional Managing DirectorDevelop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategyIdentify and build a long term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunitiesUse innovative means to develop new sources of profitable businessTake complete ownership of, develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards. Generate tenders and relevant document preparation, using the specialist support functions (procurement, HR, QHS etc.) as well as local managers and the Business Development ManagersRaise the company and business profile by representing this Commercial Real Estate Client at industry events, high level networking and promoting an image of professionalism at all timesKeep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trendsEnsure that the BU Leader is fully aware of all activities. TEMP Payroll Manager

Philadelphia, PA

Insight Global is seeking a consult to join the Finance Department of an AM 200 law firm as their temporary Payroll Manager. In this role, the right individual will serve as the Payroll oversight and administration for the entire firm.Responsibilities:Implements, maintains payroll information by designing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, overtime, premiums, garnishments, taxes and entering dataOversees payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, new hire, termination, job titles, and department/ division transfers.Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.Responsible for payroll liabilities by reviewing and approving the calculation of employee federal and state income and social security taxes, and employer?s social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments, as generated by the Firm?s payroll tax company.Manages the monthly general ledger process between the payroll and billing systems. Works with the Firm?s Controller and Accounting Department to assure accurate posting of payroll, taxes and deductions in to the general ledger.Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure payroll accounts are balanced and accurately recordedThis role can fully remote or hybrid, sitting 2 days in office each week in any of the firm’s following offices: Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Harrisburg, Miami, Minneapolis, Newark, New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, Wayne, PA, West Palm Beach, Wilmington, DE or Washington, D.C. Compensation:$45/hr to $50/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Point-of-Sale (POS) Analyst

Philadelphia, PA

A Fortune 500 client, within the Hospitality/Food and Beverage industry, is looking for a Point-of-Sale Analyst to join their team remotely. Will be responsible for supporting new and/or existing point-of-sale (POS) solutions, systems, processes, etc. This will involve deploying, configuring, implementing, testing, etc. of POS technologies/functionality and ensuring client satisfaction from pre to post go-live. Will be receiving escalated tickets, understanding requirements, creating and verifying configurations, working with the field users to ensure that new implementations/installations are operating successfully, and more. Key Responsibilities: ? Engineer and setup POS and commerce solutions as we open new accounts and locations.? Become an expert in the commerce hardware and software, ensuring the successful deployment of POS, Kiosk, Self-Check-Outs, Mobile Apps, and Websites across the U.S. and Canada? Maintain application and user security, adhering to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.? Build and maintain POS menus, process new item requests, and manage data for dashboards.? Programming of payment keys, discounts, and menu templates for point-of-sale touchscreens.? Manage deployments and upgrades, ensuring environment stability and proper documentation.? Champion excellent customer service by resolving issues efficiently, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships with our field users.? Document current configurations and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain efficiency. ? How quickly can you staff my open position?

Depending on interview availability, we can typically source and screen new candidates in 24-48 hours, but we also have a vast rolodex of pre-vetted candidates on standby, as well.

Onboarding for consultant assignments takes as little as 1-3 days, but the standard timeframe for interviews, offers, and onboarding is 1-3 weeks.
