Coordinates project cost analysis and controls for team activities supporting the Project Managers (PMs), or other staff, including overseeing cost reporting for multiple projects and monitoring project budgets to assure accurate depiction of project cost on large and complex projects under minimal supervision. Input of budgets within the company corporate systems, providing ongoing forecast updates and variance analysis, input and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), and working collaboratively with project teams to implement best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Provides communication and develops partnerships with internal and external customers. Develop/conduct training, lead continuous process improvement efforts and develop tools and processes utilized. Insight Global is seeking a Systems Coordinator to support the Development team by managing and maintaining constituent and gift data within the fundraising database. Responsibilities include processing gift entry, generating acknowledgements, posting to the general ledger, and conducting initial patient screening research. Also will be completing deposit processing daily, with each deposit handled separately on a deposit-by-deposit basis. The position works closely with Development, Information Technology, and Accounting to ensure data accuracy, compliance with non-profit accounting standards, and adherence to security, privacy, and confidentiality policies. Job Description:The Project Engineer is responsible for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects.
