Seeking a Project Coordinator to join Insight Global?s Consulting division to support operational program functions for IG client(s) including: financial and project reporting, invoicing processes, consultant engagement activities, recruiting support, and assisting the Project/Program Managers in Delivery Playbook responsibilities. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:?Conducting HR functionality within the project: consultant engagement, morale initiatives, approving payroll, maintaining master roster, etc.?Assisting Project Manager with creating and maintaining client-facing and internal reporting within CRM, SharePoint and Airtable.?Supporting Account Managers and Recruiters in candidate screening and new-hire onboarding processes. ?Participating in internal collaboration initiatives and trainings within Insight Global Consulting to increase delivery exposure and build leadership skills.?Owning and executing consultant onboarding and orientation process, including creating, updating, and presenting orientation materials.?Delivering project-wide communication and announcements.?Documenting and distributing Project Leadership meeting minutes and notes.?Supporting the Project or Program Manager in project financial auditing.?Partnering with Project or Program Manager on delivery related initiatives.?Gathering, inputting, validating and analyzing program data to draw valuable insights and propose opportunities to optimize and solution.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day mechanical operations of a mission-critical data center while managing a team of Mechanical Facilities Technicians. The Senior Facilities Service Manager oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities across critical infrastructure such as chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, and HVAC systems. They are accountable for maintaining uptime, responding to equipment failures, driving safety and maintenance compliance, managing vendors and contractors, and improving overall equipment reliability. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Test Support?Maintain and support production test equipment used in thermal switch manufacturing.?Troubleshoot hardware, software, instrumentation, and fixture issues impacting production output.?Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing and test technicians.?Investigate test failures and implement corrective actions to improve first-pass yield.?Develop and maintain production test procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.Process Improvement & Throughput Enhancement?Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks affecting test throughput.?Analyze production metrics and test cycle times to drive efficiency improvements.?Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.?Reduce manual operations through automation and process simplification.?Partner with Operations to improve workflow, equipment utilization, and production capacity.?Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor test performance and manufacturing efficiency.Test System Modernization?Upgrade and modernize legacy test equipment and software platforms.?Evaluate new technologies that improve reliability, maintainability, and throughput.?Design and implement automated test solutions to reduce labor content and improve consistency.?Improve test data collection, reporting, and traceability capabilities.?Support future production line expansion and capacity growth initiatives.Quality & Reliability?Support root cause investigations related to product quality and manufacturing escapes.?Implement improvements to strengthen process control and product consistency.?Assist in validating process changes and equipment upgrades.?Support calibration, preventive maintenance, and equipment qualification activities.?Collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.Cross-Functional CollaborationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. QC Job DescriptionThe purpose of Quality Control Associate is to update and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the quality control plan. This includes working with employees as well as outside agencies or consultants involved in inspections and testing. Educate all parties as to the companies methods of quality control.Responsibilities?Participate in the Planning Phase of the QC program by meeting with the QCS Team, the Project Manager and Superintendent to align project expectations for the Quality Control Program.?Develop a list of features of work (FOW) for each project and tie them to the project schedule.?Develop site-specific QC Programs for small to mid-level projects and submit to the QC Senior Manager for final review.?Develop meeting and inspection templates for each FOW.?Execute four phases of control (Planning, Preparatory, Initial and Inspections) for each FOW with the subcontractors, vendors, and client(s) and perform all required meetings.?Inspect incoming materials for submittal compliance and ensure that they are properly stored.?Oversee Superintendents inspections for each FOW and perform inspections as needed.?Track deficiencies and rework items to final resolution enforcing effective and timely corrective actions.?Document and track all QC documentation including all required third party inspections and test reports.?Provide weekly status reports with updated progress, status, and a look ahead for meetings and inspections to the QC Program Manager.?Attend all company progress meetings and provide status on all QC activities.?Incorporate safe work practices across the QC program.?Develop final punch list and oversee the project closeout process.?Interface with the client and their representatives to provide status on project QC activities and to receive any feedback on our QC program?Coordinate QC support for startup and commissioning documentation with the MEP team.?Interface with the project manager and superintendent to align deliverables.Qualifications?Bachelor?s degree in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.?Active certification with the Army Corps of Engineers- Construction Quality Management for Contractors or an inactive certification that needs to be refreshed within 3 months of hire.?OSHA-10 certification.?2 years of data center construction experience minimal.?Motivated self-starter familiar with the QC process including developing a site-specific QC Program and establishing the 4 phases of control?Ability to communicate effectively with the Project Team and our clients.?Adequate knowledge in the CSA and MEP disciplines.?Adequate knowledge of building codes, NFPA-70E, and the NEC.?Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).?Excellent written and verbal skills.?Proficient document control skills.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
