This individual will work with the Reality Labs organization which helps people around the world come together through next generation Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality. The Product Design Engineering team is working on cutting edge technology and needs help from skilled engineers that will help bring ideas to reality. The main function of this Product Design Engineer is to explore, prototype and implement new technologies into functional medium volume prototypes to validate technical and product level functionality, use cases and tech maturity. In parallel with de-risking efforts, we will be preparing production documentation including governing design files and bill of materials. You will work alongside a diverse and expert XFN team consisting of EE, FW/SW, Audio, Optical engineers. Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support a leading power systems and defense-focused engineering organization. This individual will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and updating technical documentation related to power distribution and power conversion systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background and have the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts in order to produce high-quality customer deliverables.
