Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Packaging Technical Writer to join their team in Fort Washington, PA. This individual will be hybrid, in the office 3 days and remote 2 days a week. This individual will be responsible for all the Global Change Controls for the 3 areas of packaging supporting including: skin health, oral care, and self care packaging. They will be reviewing documentations and working on several different packaging products and changes. A client of Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Plano, TX. This person will be responsible for efficient and effective receipt, storage, and shipment of equipment, parts, and vendor components. This includes ensuring accountability for material, documenting the condition of material received into the warehouse, updating and maintaining inventory records, and segregating material as required. You will coordinate heavily with the manufacturing facilities, field service engineers, vendors, and transporters. Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Warren, Michigan traveling to any company locations. The Manufacturing Engineer will be working in plant support, your responsibilities will be of a technical nature with decisions made within the limits of general practices, policies, and standards. Your work will involve complex manufacturing problems including the need to root cause and follow issues to resolve. The Manufacturing Engineer will be working with engineers & suppliers through the entire engineering, build, & integration portion, they will then follow the tools to the plant to get them up and running.Responsibilities: ? Direct the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes for assigned area ? Analyze and implement product or machinery designs for the best method for manufacturing processes ? Propose and evaluate the processes for equipment in assigned area ? Provide direction to small group of technical employees ? Evaluate or monitor expenditures for processes and/or equipment ? Interpret product math data and specifications to develop tools and equipment necessary to support the manufacturing process ? Propose and evaluate process, tool, and equipment designs ? Review and approve tool designs, release tools to build source, and oversee tool build & installation as required to meet business needs ? Develop and oversee production of build process documentation to be used on the shop floor ? Interact with design and product engineering activities to determine manufacturing feasibility of product designs ? Provide technical direction to support personnel, maintenance, and tool design & build suppliers ? Occasional oversight of other engineers or engineering support personnel to accomplish specific departmental and project objectives as necessaryCompensation:$35/hr to $38/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Supply Chain Specialist

Houston, TX

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support purchasing, vendor relationships, and materials flow across engineering, design, and operations. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless procurement, planning, and logistics of electrical components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods across our global supply network. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of manufacturing supply chains, supplier qualification, and the unique compliance requirements of electrical and industrial systems.Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Planning & Procurement?Develop and execute procurement strategies for electrical components including PCBs, connectors, wire harnesses, power supplies, and control systems.?Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.?Maintain optimal inventory levels using MRP/ERP systems to support production schedules and minimize excess and obsolete stock.?Coordinate with engineering teams to qualify new components and manage engineering change orders (ECOs) that impact supply chain.?Monitor and mitigate risks related to component shortages, lead time volatility, and single-source dependencies.Electrical Systems Integration Support?Collaborate with electrical and systems integration engineers to align supply chain activities with product development timelines.?Source and evaluate suppliers of electrical sub-assemblies, cable assemblies, and integration-level components.?Support new product introduction (NPI) by managing prototype sourcing and transitioning designs to volume production.Manufacturing Coordination?Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and operations to resolve supply disruptions and ensure production continuity.?Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods across manufacturing sites.?Participate in supplier audits and on-site visits to assess capability and quality management systems.?Track and report key supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, cost savings, supplier scorecards, and inventory turns.Process Improvement & Compliance?Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and resilience.?Ensure full compliance with export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), trade compliance requirements, and company policies.?Maintain accurate supplier and component data in ERP/PLM systems.?Support sustainability initiatives including conflict minerals reporting and responsible sourcing programs.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
