This role involves monitoring and guiding the movement of personnel and equipment, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the cleanroom team in adhering to strict protocols.Key Responsibilities:?Safety Monitoring: Ensure the safe movement of personnel and equipment within the cleanroom. Act as a guide to prevent collisions and accidents.?Cleanroom Protocols: Adhere to and enforce cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures, contamination control, and equipment handling.?Equipment Handling: Assist in the safe and efficient transport of sensitive semiconductor equipment and materials.?Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with cleanroom personnel and supervisors to coordinate activities and address any issues promptly.?Inspection and Reporting: Regularly inspect the cleanroom environment for compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our existing Semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, contributing directly to the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products.Responsibilities? Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of a variety of wafer fabrication equipment. This includes photolithography equipment, photoresist spin coaters, metrology tools, wet benches, Semitool SRDs, PVD metal sputtering systems, horizontal diffusion furnaces and LPCVD systems.? Troubleshoot equipment issues using root cause analysis techniques to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.? Insight Global is looking for Fabrication Specialists to join a manufacturing client in Colonial Heights, VA. This person will be responsible for fabricating products using proper tools and machines. Fabricates various types of products and components, meeting defined production schedules. Perform basic and advanced operator preventative maintenance tasks.
