The Business Analyst / Project Manager will play a key role within Alliant?s application and project delivery environment, owning initiatives end-to-end across a variety of enterprise corporate applications. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting both business and functional requirements from stakeholders, translating those into clear deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, and system requirements, and then carrying those projects through full lifecycle execution?including vendor selection, implementation, and final handoff into support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating independently, proactively identifying gaps or missing context and raising them as needed, while also maintaining ownership and accountability through project completion.
