Designed to Support Insurance at Scale

As a strategic services partner, we go beyond staffing to deliver tailored solutions for insurance organizations. We build dedicated teams aligned to how insurers actually operate, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of regulatory, operational, and risk considerations. Our delivery model gives insurers the flexibility to scale when demand shifts—whether responding to claims surges, modernizing underwriting platforms, or strengthening governance and compliance. With access to specialized talent across the U.S. and globally, we help organizations move quickly while maintaining consistency, accountability, and control.

From staffing and project delivery to long‑term technical services, Insight Global partners with insurers to support claims performance, underwriting confidence, and risk‑aware execution across the enterprise.

Fast and Scalable Processes

Insurance operations face constant swings in volume—from catastrophe events to regulatory change and backlog pressure. We help insurers scale claims and underwriting work quickly while maintaining consistency, quality, and control.

Our teams are designed to flex with demand, reducing cycle times and relieving operational strain without introducing new risk or rework.

Custom Solutions

No two insurance organizations operate the same way. We design delivery models around your business, your risk profile, and your regulatory environment.

Whether you need onshore, nearshore, or blended teams, we tailor solutions that align to how work actually gets done—supporting claims operations, underwriting platforms, data initiatives, and modernization efforts without disrupting day‑to‑day execution.

Industry Expertise

Our teams bring hands‑on experience across claims, underwriting, data, and compliance—not just technical skill. We understand the pressures insurers face, from regulatory scrutiny to customer expectations and operational complexity.

That experience helps us deploy the right people, in the right roles, with a clear understanding of insurance workflows and decision accountability.

Relationships First

In insurance, continuity matters. Stable teams, clear ownership, and trust are essential to managing risk and delivering consistent outcomes.

We prioritize long‑term partnerships, strong retention, and delivery accountability—so insurers aren’t constantly retraining teams or resetting progress. The result is steadier execution, lower delivery risk, and stronger outcomes over time.
