? Monitor and validate daily index calculations across our clients index platform? Investigate and troubleshoot calculation discrepancies, alerts, and operational issues? Analyze financial and market data to identify and resolve exceptions? Support the calculation and implementation of index rebalances and corporate actions? Respond to client inquiries regarding index values, methodology, and daily operations? Assist with monitoring the timely distribution and dissemination of index data? Work with Python and existing R-based models to troubleshoot and maintain calculations? Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution efforts? Collaborate with global team members across Chicago, New York, London, and Amsterdam? Maintain process documentation, controls, and operational procedures? Insight Global is seeking a Technical QA Analyst to support a leading banking client and the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and customer journey initiatives on their team. This role sits at the intersection of creative quality assurance and technical campaign execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both reviewing customer-facing campaign experiences and validating the underlying code and functionality.This individual will partner closely with Marketing Developers, Campaign Managers, and QA resources to ensure high-quality email and digital marketing campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently. As the team continues to expand into customer journey orchestration and campaign technologies, there will also be opportunities to grow into additional platforms and responsibilities.Key Responsibilities? Perform end-to-end quality assurance testing for email and digital marketing campaigns.? Validate campaign functionality, personalization, dynamic content, links, images, and rendering across devices and email clients.? Conduct creative QA reviews to ensure campaigns align with branding, design, content, and customer experience standards.? Utilize Litmus and other testing tools to validate email rendering and campaign performance.? Review HTML and campaign code to identify defects and provide specific recommendations for remediation.? Partner with developers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaign quality prior to deployment.? Collaborate with campaign teams, marketers, developers, and QA resources throughout the campaign lifecycle.? Support testing and validation efforts across customer journey and marketing automation initiatives.? Document defects, testing results, and recommendations clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.?
