The Employee Relations team supports employees, helps navigate concerns, and works to ensure situations are addressed in a way that is fair, consistent, and professional. Our approach reflects our shared values by fostering an environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up and are treated professionally throughout the process.

You are encouraged to submit reports, ask questions, or seek guidance on policies, procedures, or workplace concerns. Reports can be submitted confidentially and anonymously, if preferred, through our third-party provider, Speakfully. The information you provide will be shared with Insight Global’s Human Resources team for review and follow up.
