We are seeking a Business Enterprise Architect to enhance and mature an existing enterprise architecture capability. This role will focus on configuring and optimizing an enterprise architecture platform (e.g., Ardoq or similar EA tools) to support executive-level insights, reporting, and decision-making, while also applying strong business and enterprise architecture principles.The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience configuring EA tools with a strategic understanding of business capabilities, value streams, operating models, and enterprise transformation. ? Key Responsibilities? Configure and optimize an enterprise architecture platform (e.g., Ardoq, LeanIX, HOPEX, Bizzdesign, ADOIT, ServiceNow EA) to:? Structure architecture data effectively? Enable executive dashboards, reports, and visualizations? Improve traceability between business capabilities, applications, and initiatives? Translate business strategy and objectives into enterprise architecture views and insights? Partner with business leaders, IT leadership, and executives to:? Identify meaningful architecture metrics? Design reporting outputs that support decision-making? Define and refine business architecture artifacts, including:? Business capability models? Value streams? Operating models? Ensure EA data quality, governance, and usability? Drive adoption of EA tooling across stakeholders by improving clarity and relevance of outputs? Support transformation initiatives, portfolio planning, and roadmapping efforts? Job SummaryThe Substation Project Procurement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful project execution by overseeing all procurement activities for multiple substation projects. Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers, this position drives procurement strategies, optimizes workflows, and ensures compliance with sourcing processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives while delivering cost savings and value through strategic sourcing.Key Responsibilities? Participate in project and sales meetings as a core team member to shape strategies early and optimize internal workflows.? Coordinate all procurement resources and activities across assigned projects.? Ensure adherence to sourcing and procurement processes.? Analyze customer inquiries during bid preparation and understand functional needs to incorporate supplier innovations.? Support project cost calculations with accurate material cost data.? Review scope of supply and contract agreements; provide negotiation recommendations.? Drive and implement procurement strategies within projects.? Acts as a subject matter expert on BESS technologies, including batteries, inverters, controls, and grid integration. You?ll bridge product development teams and regional project engineering efforts to ensure technical excellence and consistency across projects. This isn’t a manufacturing role but one that will work with civil engineers, with a strong understanding of codes and standards and can implement in CAD drawings. Responsibilities:1)Prepare electrical plans layouts for project equipment, coordinate with Civil and other disciplines. 2)Prepare Single line Diagrams,. ? Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform analysis of complex data sets and contribute to reporting related to sourcing activities.?
