Joseph Ottenstein
Sales Manager, Legal
Joseph has been a valuable member of the Insight Global team since 2012.
Based in Washington, D.C., he played a pivotal role in establishing our legal division, which caters to Am Law 100 firms, in-house counsel roles, and small firms seeking to expand.
Prior to this, he served as an Account Manager for a decade, supporting both public and private sector clients in the D.C. area.
Throughout his career, Joseph has successfully placed resources across various industries and skillsets, gaining a wealth of experience in the process.

Hannah Touzos
Account Manager, Direct Placement
Hannah is an Account Manager in our New York City office. Hannah started at Insight Global’s Boston office where she specialized in permanent placement hiring for Fortune 10 companies.
Today, Hannah supports top Am Law firms local to the Boston and New York areas partnering closely with clients to learn more about business initiatives as well as current and future hiring needs. She has successfully placed attorneys, legal support, and professional staff across various groups.
Prior to joining Insight Global, Hannah studied political science and interned at a Boston based firm, where she assisted in civil litigation cases.

Allison is an Account Manager based out of our Philadelphia office, covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey focused on building and nurturing relationships with the top 200 law firms in the area.
With more than four years of experience in the industry, Allison has honed her skills in staffing multiple roles from paralegals to associates and C-level, VPs, and directors for everything from IT, financial, and business development roles for her clients. Allison’s ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike has made her a valuable partner, trusted advisor, and a go-to resource for businesses in need of top talent.
Before starting at Insight Global, Allison studied Supply Change Management and Managing Information Systems at Temple University.

Matthew Goodie
Lead Legal Recruiter
Matthew joined the Insight Global D.C. office shortly after graduating from James Madison University in 2016. He began his career with a focus in the Information Technology industry, supporting private sector companies and federal government contracts.
Matthew became the D.C. office’s first ever Consultant Engagement Lead in March of 2021, leveraging this expertise to promote a consultant care mindset, enhance the consultant experience, and implement consultant retention strategies.
Most recently, Matthew joined the Insight Global Legal team as their Lead Legal Recruiter. He has a proven track record of partnering with clients to understand their needs, provide market insights, and deliver the best talent available.
