We are seeking a Manual QA Tester to join a collaborative, fast-paced team working on a mobile application in the restaurant/ordering space. This role will initially focus heavily on manual testing (approx. 90%), with opportunities to grow into API testing, automation, and broader QA responsibilities over time.The ideal candidate is hands-on, team-oriented, and adaptable, with a willingness to jump in wherever needed and contribute to the team?s overall success.Key Responsibilities?Perform manual testing of mobile applications, including end-to-end user flows (e.g., ordering/menu functionality)?Execute test cases, document defects, and partner with developers to resolve issues?Participate in testing related to customer-facing application experiences, ensuring quality and usability?Support API/backend testing efforts as needed?Collaborate closely with QA team members, developers, and stakeholders to drive quality outcomes?Contribute to a startup-like team environment where flexibility and ownership are critical?Gradually take on additional responsibilities in automation and API testing as the role evolves Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. This individual will play a key role in managing device inventory, validating configurations, and ensuring visibility into network changes across a large-scale retail footprint.This individual will support the end-to-end lifecycle of store network devices within a Cisco Meraki environment. Day to day, they will monitor and track network inventory, ensuring devices are properly deployed, configured, and decommissioned within the Meraki dashboard. This is a senior individual contributor role spanning a mixed portfolio of in-house built and third-party software used by store associates and operations teams across desktop workstations and in-store mobile devices. You understand both the business process side and the technology enabling it, and you’re comfortable navigating a hybrid portfolio knowing when to configure, when to partner, and when to build.
