Katy, TX
A large retail employer in the Katy, Texas area is looking to hire a Digital Designer to join their team. This team consists of 3 junior UI Designers and this person will be responsible for the digital design for website production support within this e-commerce team, and will work alongside development, site merchandising, and Project Management teams. The main responsibilities for this role would be high tier production design for the day to day support of the company’s front end of the website. They will also be responsible for handling between 6-10 smaller projects at a time than can include transitioning custom landing pages, creating brand projects, homepage design coverage, etc… This role will require strong experience utilizing Figma for creating fully functional prototypes and mock up arrangements along with Adobe Photoshop for picture editing. The ideal candidate will come from a retail and/or e-commerce background with digital or graphic design experience adhering to WCAG/ADA guidelines. This person will report onsite to their Katy, Tx. location 5 days/week (Mon-Thurs 8-5 and 8-12 Fri).
