Insight Global is seeking a Roku Developer to join a leading Media & Entertainment client’s Connected TV (CTV) team. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting Pacific Time hours and is slated to run through the end of June 2027, with likely extensions. This engineer will help accelerate feature development across a high-traffic streaming application, supporting initiatives such as personalization, A/B testing, home screen redesign, authenticated and non-authenticated user experiences, and overall platform enhancements.In this role, you will be responsible for building new features, enhancing existing functionality, troubleshooting defects, and supporting code deployments on the Roku platform. We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team, which manages many of our companies owned and operated official brand social accounts. This role is responsible for supporting all production efforts on hundreds of content projects from conception, execution to publishing. This person should be passionate about social media and be extremely proficient in posting content on all major platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, prioritizes attention to detail, thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment, and has a demonstrated ability of working with a global team to create daily social content across various platforms for an international audience. Additionally, this individual should have experience working with a creative team, varied media formats, editors and animators, strong communication, and technical understanding of social media platforms. Assist team with all elements of production including: ? Help manage daily pre-production, production and post-production deadlines ? Assist producers with required services agreements, purchase orders, licensing and releases for projects ? Help Production Managers and Lead keep track of project estimates and budgets ? Support Production Lead in editorial calendaring, planning, and data accuracy ? Review budget and production schedules and update as needed while reporting recommendations and justifications for changes to management? Update team resources and documentation ? Coordinate content workflows with freelancers? Support transcriptions and translation services for projects ? Help with shipping and logistics for equipment and media ? Track equipment inventory + rentals? Media management and archiving ? Conduct QA of all final deliverables ? Publish all content across the social media platforms ? Assist with editorial research for project development ? The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and optimization of our client?s omni-channel marketplace operations. This role ensures product listings, digital content, and promotions are accurately maintained across all platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Shopify, and emerging channels. The Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining content integrity, supporting product launches, and leveraging syndication tools like Rithum to ensure consistency and performance across all digital shelves.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations & Content Management?Maintain and update product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency.?Manage product content syndication using Rithum (or similar tools), including distribution, validation, and QA across channels.?Monitor product detail pages for content health, availability, and buy box status; troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.?Ensure compliance with channel-specific requirements, policies, and content standards.Product Setup & Merchandising Execution?Support item setup and onboarding for new SKUs across all marketplaces and DTC platforms.?Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to execute merchandising updates, including A+ content, enhanced brand content, and seasonal campaigns.?Ensure timely and accurate implementation of pricing, promotions, and digital assets across all channels.Data Monitoring & Reporting?Pull and analyze basic reports to identify content gaps, listing issues, and performance trends.?Track key metrics related to product page performance, content accuracy, and promotional effectiveness.?Provide actionable insights and flag issues impacting sales, visibility, or customer experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration?Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across channels.?Assist in coordinating marketplace updates, product launches, and operational workflows to ensure seamless execution.?Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding listing updates, issues, and performance insights.Leadership Expectations?Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership over assigned platforms and tasks.
