The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for maintaining computer equipment and providing support to anyone within an organization who needs technological assistance. As the Marketing Event Specialist, you will conduct the below:-Lead and/or support the planning and execution of internal and external customer events, including conferences (i.e., Annual Conference), webinars and users group meetings. -Develop and execute marketing communications strategies and supporting project plans in a manner consistent with corporate positioning and goals-Research, write copy and edit both print and electronic communications for internal teams (e.g. sales, existing accounts, clinical) and external stakeholders (e.g. prospects, clients, members, pharmacy providers, prescribers, consultants). Including, but not limited to presentations, supplemental materials, campaigns, press releases, newsletters, white papers and industry journal articles.-Coordinate work of outside vendors and consultants retained to execute projects (e.g., meeting planner, outside agency, freelance writer).-Assist in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.-Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.-Provide post-event reports, analysis and regular status reports on marketing programs.-Assist in the execution of promotional activities, including print, electronic media, benefit fairs, trade show, direct mail and signage.-Negotiate contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.-Manage the development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
