Insight Global is looking for a Senior Network Admin to join one of our clients in San Diego, CA. The Network Administrator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting network connectivity and infrastructure on the client’s network. The candidate will support the operation and maintenance of multiple networks across different classification levels and ensure continuous network connectivity is maintained to customers and sites. This position will be in the Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC). The NOSC functions as the helpdesk for network operations support and provides troubleshooting of network connectivity including WAN circuits, equipment failures, router and switch configurations, firewall access control lists, VoIP device registrations and configuration, cryptographic device configurations and keying material. This includes coordination with Navy, DISA, and commercial circuit providers for implementation and troubleshooting; maintaining Information Assurance compliance including IOS upgrades, network device configuration changes, firewall ACL verification and changes; and supporting remote sites in restoring network failures. Additionally, position requires flexibility as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains smooth operation of local area, world wide and virtual private networks (VPN). Plans, evaluates, and coordinates installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and/or voice communication network. Maintains technical expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc. May propose solutions to management to ensure all communications requirements based on future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings. Prepares or ensures that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions. Provides regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems. May coordinate third-party maintenance for network equipment. May design network or portion of network that include selection of hardware and software packages.Compensation: $60/hr to $64/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Unique position identifying and assessing issues with technical documentation for Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) (C4ISR) components and systems. Integrates support elements and resources into technical documentation to ensure schedule, scope, and quality are met during development, revision, editing, and publishing. Technical documentation required to ensure lifecycle support of C4I components and systems includes Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Computer Aided Drawings (CAD), Bill of Materials (BOM)/Parts List (PL), Test Procedure, First Article Unit, Wiring Diagram, Assembly Instructions, Disassembly Instructions, and Paint Procedure.Must possess significant technical writing experience, including the ability to liaise with and between an engineering staff and average joe?s (with little or no technical experience).Must have the ability to understand technical requirements (technical publications and drawings); research and collect parts, systems, and programs data and research obsolescence issues.Must be experienced and comfortable working with other contractor personnel and interfacing/coordinating with Government Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate verbally and in writing.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Contract Execution Specialist will support our client’s AI and Technology Procurement initiatives by managing contract execution activities, coordinating vendor communications, supporting sourcing events, and maintaining procurement documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between procurement, legal, business stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure contracts move efficiently through the review, approval, and execution process. Key Responsibilities ? Draft, review, format, and redline contracts, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and related procurement documents. ? Coordinate contract approvals and execution activities with legal, procurement, suppliers, and business stakeholders. ? Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications related to contract execution and sourcing activities. ? Support RFP, RFQ, and sourcing events, including vendor outreach, document distribution, and evaluation tracking. ? Maintain contract repositories, vendor communication logs, and procurement documentation. ? Ensure audit-ready file structures and complete documentation trails for all procurement activities. ? Track contract status, sourcing milestones, and procurement metrics within procurement systems. ? Generate reports and provide status updates to project leadership and stakeholders. ?
