We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the a large project by assisting with the remediation and post-go-live support of legacy and student-facing portal applications that must function with the new ERP system. This role is support-focused and will help take some of the support off of the developers. ? Support remediation and stabilization of legacy and student portal applications that had to be upgraded to work with their new student ERP system? Serve as a primary support contact for the business to address issues and new use cases? Help take over business-facing support so development teams can return to development work? Assist with requirements gathering and refinement when new use cases arise? Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and documentation for repeatable support processes? We are looking for a .NET Developer to support a portfolio of existing .NET applications that must be updated and remediated to ensure they work seamlessly with a new ERP system. This person will ramp up quickly on the current application landscape, troubleshoot and triage issues, and complete targeted enhancements and new development as needed to support ERP related changes. This role requires someone who can understand the bigger picture?how business processes flow end-to-end?and ensure applications continue to function reliably as the organization transitions to the new ERP. ? Ramp up quickly on existing .NET applications to support alignment with a new ERP system? Analyze, triage, and resolve issues using current and archived .NET tickets? Remediate and enhance applications to ensure compatibility with updated business processes? Perform targeted new development to address ERP-related and last-mile requirements? Write and optimize SQL queries to support troubleshooting and development? Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and application impacts? large university is looking for a Java Developer to support and enhance several mission-critical, custom developed Java applications that will remain in place post?go-live. These applications support core business and student-facing systems, including degree audit, account claiming, and large-scale student onboarding workflows. The ideal candidate can quickly understand existing codebases, work semi-independently, and contribute to ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
