Role Summary We are hiring a Support Engineer to support the sandbox environment, track and resolve issues, and help customers/developers troubleshoot payment integrations at one of the largest FinTech companies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, patience with customers, hands-on experience with Jira, and the ability to use Java and/or Python for debugging, tooling, and sample code. A strong interest and passion for AI technology is required.Key Responsibilities? Own day-to-day support for sandbox environment issues: triage, reproduce, investigate, resolve, or escalate to engineering.? Track, prioritize, and document issues in Jira, including clear reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, impact, and resolution notes.? Troubleshoot payment flows and API integrations (e.g., authorization/capture, refunds, webhooks, idempotency, error code analysis).? Communicate with customers patiently and clearly, guiding them step-by-step through debugging and best practices.? Use Java/Python to reproduce customer issues, write small scripts/tools for investigation and automation, and create sample integration code/internal utilities.? Collaborate with Engineering/QA/Product to validate fixes and improve sandbox stability and developer experience.? Maintain and improve documentation (FAQs, known issues, troubleshooting guides).? Write high-quality, well-tested Java code for scalable backend services – this is a coding-heavyrole.? We are hiring an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Business Architect to lead the design and transformation of end-to-end planning capabilities for our semiconductor manufacturing supply chain. This person will shape future-state processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, Capacity, and Executive IBP, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT.We are looking for a strong business architect / planning transformation leader with deep experience in IBP/S&OP and Demand Planning, including consensus forecasting, forecast hierarchy design, KPI definition, demand review governance, and business requirements for planning systems. The ideal candidate understands the unique complexity of semiconductor supply chains ? including long cycle times, constrained capacity, foundry/OSAT models, yield variability, NPI ramps, and allocation-driven decision-making.We need someone who can design scalable business processes, define operating models, lead cross-functional alignment, and translate business needs into planning capabilities and system requirements. Strong experience with platforms such as, Kinaxis,or Oracle is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities? Lead the design and improvement of Integrated Business Planning processes across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and executive review.? Define future-state planning processes, business requirements, governance, KPIs, and decision-making frameworks.? Drive Demand Planning process design, including consensus forecasting, forecast hierarchy, demand review cadence, exception management, and performance measurement.? Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align business goals, planning assumptions, and transformation priorities.? Translate business needs into functional requirements for planning systems and analytics.? Support planning transformation initiatives and help standardize ways of working across the organization.? Incorporate semiconductor-specific planning considerations such as fab constraints, yield variability, foundry/OSAT collaboration, NPI ramps, and supply allocation.?
