Carlos brings 25 years of telecom industry experience, including Product Management, Software Development, Enterprise & Mission Critical Networks, and 5G, to the work we do with our telecommunications clients.

Prior to Insight Global, Carlos held senior roles with telecommunications and mobile operators in multiple countries, designing and deploying services and networks. He was also part of the team of founders of HyC TV, a leading media technology and business consultancy group acquired by Ericsson in 2007.

Carlos led global teams in sales, product management, software development, and delivery services. In 2018, he joined Ericsson North America to head its OSS services unit before leading the AT&T Account Sales Team for Enterprise, Public Sector, and Emerging Business in 2023.

He holds a 5-year degree in Telecommunications Engineering Honors from the University of Seville, an M.Sc. in Communication Systems Honors from the University of Wales, and an MBA Honors from IE Business School.
