We are seeking a Senior GCP ML/AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operationalize production AI and machine learning solutions using Google Cloud technologies. The role is focused on hands-on engineering with Google’s ML/AI ecosystem, including Gemini and related GCP AI services.The engineer will develop production ML, Generative AI, and/or LLM solutions in Python and integrate those solutions with enterprise data pipelines. Responsibilities include model and LLM pipeline development, deployment, MLOps, production integration, performance optimization, and technical architecture.This is a hands-on engineering position. The engineer must be able to develop Python code, review code in GitHub, troubleshoot implementations, and contribute directly to production delivery while also operating at a senior technical level.The role is primarily remote but requires the ability to travel to the Reston, VA/customer location periodically. We are seeking a hands-on GCP Data Governance Architect to support a large-scale state modernization initiative currently in discovery and moving into delivery.The project involves modernizing legacy/mainframe systems while redesigning underlying business processes, data models, metadata, and governance capabilities rather than simply migrating existing systems.The ideal candidate combines enterprise data-governance strategy with hands-on Google Cloud implementation, particularly GCP Dataplex / Dataplex Universal Catalog, BigQuery, metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the data-governance and metadata architecture during discovery and carry it into delivery.Configure and implement Dataplex / Google-native catalog capabilities.Integrate governance capabilities with BigQuery and other GCP data services.Establish processes for capturing and maintaining business and technical metadata.Implement end-to-end data lineage and traceability.Establish business glossaries, definitions, data owners, and data stewards.Implement data classification and access-governance processes.Establish repeatable standards for cataloging and onboarding new data assets.Integrate governance requirements into redesigned enterprise data models.Document governance architecture, metadata standards, lineage, classifications, ownership, and access requirements.Help scale governance patterns from discovery into a large enterprise delivery environment.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
