We are seeking a highly polished and experienced Partner Events Marketing Manager to serve as the primary owner and face of the company at strategic partner and industry events. This individual will act as the single point of contact for large-scale events hosted internally, by strategic partners, or by third-party organizations.The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing and executing enterprise-level events within large, global technology organizations. They understand how to engage executive audiences, collaborate across complex stakeholder groups, and deliver exceptional event experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.This role requires strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in highly visible environments.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary marketing lead and single point of contact for strategic partner and third-party events.- Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, partner summits, customer events, and large-scale marketing programs.- Lead event planning and execution from concept through post-event reporting, ensuring a best-in-class attendee experience.- Manage cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Events, and Executive stakeholders.- Develop comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, sponsorship activations, executive engagement strategies, content requirements, and success metrics.- Partner with technology alliances, strategic partners, systems integrators, and software providers on joint event initiatives.- Coordinate executive meetings, speaking engagements, customer roundtables, partner activations, and networking opportunities.- Drive event-related marketing campaigns, content development, communications, and attendee engagement strategies.- Measure and report event performance, including attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, partner outcomes, and ROI.Manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder communication.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking a Hardware Lab Technician / Lab Engineer to support fast-paced hardware development and validation efforts across the organization. This individual will help keep complex lab environments organized, operational, and test-ready while partnering closely with engineering, operations, logistics, and facilities teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with lab infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting, with exposure to liquid cooling systems and HVAC equipment being highly desirable.What You’ll Do-Set up, wire, maintain, and troubleshoot lab infrastructure, including power distribution, networking, environmental chambers, liquid-cooling equipment, and related systems-Perform equipment maintenance, diagnostics, repair coordination, and general lab support activities-Support liquid cooling system installation, operation, and maintenance-Assemble lab benches, install equipment racks, and assist with new lab build-outs-Track, store, and manage Devices Under Test (DUTs), lab inventory, and equipment logistics-Manage shipping and receiving activities, including coordinating advance replacement (AR) units and issuing purchase orders (POs)-Program and update programmable devices such as CPLDs, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and onboard power supplies-Support system setup, installation, movement, and deployment of fixed and modular hardware-Assist with pallet, furniture, and equipment moves as needed-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure lab operations run efficientlyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. – Processing of weekly certified payroll, including uploads and distribution of reports.- Processing of subcontractor certified payroll, including distribution- Maintenance of the certified payroll folders- Provide customer support to both prime contractors and subcontractors as related to certified payroll- Monitor emails for contract information- Maintain project excel sheet with project details- Assist with certified payroll start-up paperwork.- Assist with Union Reports and Status Letters- Provide assistance as required with regular certified payroll distribution- Performing general office duties, such as filing, copying, etc.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Certified Payroll ManagerWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
