? Work closely with Contracts department, during contract award, to fully understand the contracted scope of work to be performed.? Develop an earned value reporting process in order to meet program requirements? Develop and maintain production schedules for complex aerospace systems? Ensure alignment between manufacturing capacity and program timelines ? Support proposals and bids by providing accurate cost estimates ? Track actual costs vs. planned costs and identify variances? Forecast labor, material, and equipment needs based on program requirements? Develop strategies to mitigate bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery? Collaborate with the Project Engineer and shop lead to generate and maintain a schedule, with clearly defined milestones; adjust the budget and schedule to reflect any contractual changes? Support the Project Engineer in monitoring and negotiating the engineering and shop staffing with regard to the right skills and number of people assigned to the project? Provide the Project Engineer and Management with a health visibility report at established intervals as required or requested? Verify (check and balance system) that the technical requirements of the contract are being fulfilled, and if not discuss with the Project Engineer and Management as required? Advise and assist the Program Business Analysts as needed? Manage resources for the implementation of project-related activities? Excellent planning skills to include the ability to anticipate and prepare for challenges and obstacles? Improvise and re-baseline as needed? ? Support PBMs by updating and maintaining MS Project Schedules with current progress inputs, milestones, and dependencies. ? Ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with PBM-defined structure; assist with re-baselining when directed. ? Populate and maintain Earned Value (EV/EVMS) reports; calculate and explain variances as needed? Contribute to EVMS integration into ERP systems to enhance data accuracy, streamline cost and schedule reporting, and support program performance visibility.? Ensure data integrity between schedule, budget, and performance metrics. ? Maintain and update budget forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost tracking based on PBM guidance. ? Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) and provide supporting details for leadership reviews. ? Assist with preparing programmatic reports for both internal and external stakeholders. ? Support PBMs with staffing forecasts and material purchase order tracking.? Monitor expenditures and reconcile with program controls. ? Prepare and maintain monthly health reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation for the PBM?s and management. ? The Certified Sterile Processing Technician II supports safe, efficient surgical services by executing the decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise, adaptability, and strict adherence to regulatory, safety, and infection control standards while supporting multiple facilities as needed.?Execute the decontamination, disinfection, and sterilization of surgical instruments in accordance with infection control standards, internal procedures, and manufacturer IFUs?Inspect, sort, assemble, and organize surgical instrument sets per count sheets and departmental standards?Prepare and package instrument trays using approved sterilization methods, including wraps and rigid containers?Operate sterile processing equipment including ultrasonic cleaners, washer-decontaminators, and cart washers?Maintain accurate logs and records to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements?Identify, isolate, and escalate damaged, missing, or malfunctioning instruments and equipment?Prepare, deliver, and retrieve case carts and supplies to support surgical cases and procedural needs?Respond to real-time instrumentation and supply requests from operating room and clinical teams?Reprocess expired items and ensure proper labeling, tracking, and sterility integrity?Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sterile processing environment while rotating through assigned functional areas?Communicate workflow challenges, delays, or risks to leadership in a timely manner?Support team operations by serving as a resource and mentor to junior staff or new hires as needed?Transport instruments and materials using approved handling and delivery protocolsSchedule & Work Environment?Minimum 35 hours/week guaranteed (flex to 40+ hours based on demand)?Flexible schedule aligned to facility needs?Overtime may be required (typically 5?10 hours/week during peak periods)?Expected range: 35?50 hours/week depending on volume?Travel may be required to support site coverage?Work hours and shifts vary by facilityWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
