This isn’t about having sales experience. It’s about potential. We’re looking for students who are hungry to learn, eager to compete, unafraid to take on challenges, and excited about the future. If you’re bold enough to step outside your comfort zone and ambitious enough to bet on yourself, you’ll fit right in.

How the competition works

Three rounds. Real client scenarios.

Every round is a live role-play scored by Insight Global sales leaders. All 150 compete in the first two rounds. The top five advance to the final.

  1. Round 1

    The introduction

Step in as an Insight Global account manager for a 10-minute simulated first meeting with a client. Find out what they need, earn the next meeting, and get feedback on how you did.

  2. Round 2

    The consulting conversation

Meet a senior leader at the same client. Dig into the project and show how Insight Global could deliver beyond the hiring need. Earn a meeting with their executive team.

  3. Final · Top 5

    The AI conversation

The five strongest competitors pitch an AI solution live to Insight Global CEO Bert Bean. Winners are chosen and checks are presented on site!

No industry experience? No problem. We’ll share the case study and all supporting resources in advance, giving you everything you need to prepare for the competition.
