Care Specialist

Department & Position Overview:Working closely with clients, caregivers and departments across the business, your goal will be to provide a seamless Customer Service experience, while ensuring that our clients are receiving the care they need. We value your can-do positive attitude and desire to turn a negative into a positive. You will receive excellent in-house training which will help you develop a thorough understanding of our program. We will nurture your talent and provide continued career development opportunities, from your induction and throughout your career with us.Every Day You Will:?Manage a high-volume inbound/outbound Service Center Calls dealing with Human Resources related inquiries (time-off, payroll, timekeeping, employee health) and process patient and health plan care requests?Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time sensitive inquiries and escalations?Maintain exceptional customer service for all callers, as indicated by call reviews and after call surveys ?Input accurate data entry of sensitive information ?Conduct status reviews, over the phone, and record reviews, to ensure service delivery of caregivers and compliance ?Screen patients and caregivers for additional programs and benefits to enhance their lives?Maintain reliable work schedules?Display empathy, actively listening, and clearly communicate with callers to ensure their needs are addressed and to foster a positive experience and relationship?? ?Address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response time of resolution; consistently meet internal service level agreements and goals in a timely manner?? ?Follow up and engage with patients and caregivers via phone calls, SMS, and emails, in a professional manner ?Serve as a key point-of-contact for enrolled caregivers such as for pay discrepancies, timesheet errors, direct deposit change, schedule change of caregivers, and more ? ?De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support; escalate unresolved patient and caregiver issues to the appropriate teams to ensure a quick turnaround time and resolution?? ?Adhere to a revolving monthly client service and compliance standard?? ?Effectively input and update the case file and account data within CRMs? ?Manage call dashboards and reporting to assist in managing assignmentsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. AI Engineer ? Classifiers, Media Intelligence & Voice R&D

Studio produces and manages massive volumes of AI-generated media?avatars, images, audio, and video. We?re hiring an AI Engineer to build the ?intelligence layer? on top of that content: classifying it, tagging it, organizing it, and making it searchable and useful at scale.This role also includes meaningful R&D work in AI voice/audio and image intelligence that will directly shape next-generation product capabilities. You?ll operate at the intersection of applied ML, production infrastructure, and product impact?taking models from research and prototypes all the way into reliable production APIs.Responsibilities:- Design, train, and deploy classification models across Studio?s content pipeline (style detection, quality scoring, semantic categorization, filtering, moderation signals)- Build automated tagging and organization systems for our media library: – attribute extraction and feature detection – clustering and similarity grouping – intelligent search and discovery signals- Create and maintain training data pipelines: – dataset curation and QA – annotation workflows and tooling – active learning loops to improve labeling efficiency and model performance- Lead voice/audio R&D by evaluating frontier voice models (TTS, voice cloning, audio synthesis)and prototyping integrations and define a practical path from research ? production features- Research and prototype image intelligence capabilities relevant to avatars and media tools: face/body analysis, pose estimation, image-to-image consistency and visual similarity, and style understanding- Build evaluation frameworks to track classifier accuracy and calibration as well as model drift and performance over time- Optimize inference for cost and latency (batching, quantization, caching, serving strategy)- Integrate with GPU infrastructure and ship models behind production APIs, with monitoring and operational disciplineWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Studio is an AI-powered creative platform where creators generate, edit, and manage digital avatars and media. Our business runs on subscription revenue (Free, Pro, and Max tiers), usage-based credits, and real-time AI workflows. We operate a fully self-hosted production environment on DigitalOcean with 14+ servers and handle a high volume of asynchronous jobs and payments daily.We?re hiring a Payment & Billing Systems Engineer to own and harden the most business-critical part of our platform: payments, subscriptions, and financial reliability.This is not a greenfield role and not a surface-level ?payments integration.? Billing bugs directly impact revenue, trust, and support volume ? and today, this system needs a dedicated technical owner who has built real payment infrastructure before and understands the edge cases that only show up in production.
