As a?Data Engineer ? LFI, Data Governance, you’ll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll develop, maintain, improve reporting solutions, analyze large data sets, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. One of your key responsibilities is to ensure that data analysis needs by the business are met while operating within data governance requirements. You will deliver and communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to your assigned business line. You should also be familiar with Reg YY and related reporting regulations (such as FR 2052a, FR Y-14, and FR Y-15), and work with a team focused on developing, testing, and executing regulatory reporting data for LFI status.?Using SQL tool for querying and analyzing data, lead the design, build, and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business performance metrics while upholding data and reporting standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects worked on. Identify and develop automation techniques from available technology to produce efficient and effective processes.?Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and provide data-based recommendations to help drive operational improvements and strategy.?Understand business unit reporting and analytical needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks that help drive strategic decisions. Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.?Design and implement systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability by performing thorough validation and quality checks. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and improve data accessibility.?Development of business requirements, as needed for the LFI Regulatory Reporting, specifically to incorporate changes as required by FRB regulations for a Category III institution.?Problem solve regarding requirements, defects, or data validation.?Perform UAT test (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.?Take leadership role to develop and assist junior staff and the team.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Manager, Project Engineering New Generation is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing engineering execution activities for the new generation capital projects. The position provides engineering leadership during detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover to Generation Operations. The Manager serves as the primary engineering focal point during project execution and coordinates design activities among EPC contractors, Owner Engineers, Fleet Engineering, OEMs, and other engineering service providers. The position ensures engineering deliverables are technically sound, aligned with the standards and operational requirements, and executed in support of project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and performance objectives. This position will lead and develop a team of project engineers and technical specialists and is accountable for engineering integration across a portfolio that may include gas-fired simple cycle and combined cycle generation, battery energy storage systems, solar projects, and other generation technologies. As a Principal Analyst I, supporting Digital Banking solutions, you’ll lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit or accelerate the business and technology strategy. You’ll develop options or approaches to improve business outcomes, and drive implementation of solutions to achieve desired results. You’ll also be accountable for the development and review of artifacts to ensure they accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics, determining root cause for constraints in the process. Additionally, you’ll take part in the identification of alternative processes and practice options with associated impact on KRIs/KPIs or Operational Metrics. You’ll also track and communicate enhancements to the current process and practices as to whether the desired results are being realized through the use of data, metrics, and other quantitative measures. Additionally, as the Principal Analyst I, you’ll engage with enterprise subject matter experts and stakeholders to tackle complex issues or opportunities that require significant coordination and alignment across different business units. You’ll be accountable for understanding the problem statement or opportunity, capturing current state insights while also providing options and recommendations to the identified stakeholders. In this role you’ll also identify, socialize, and gather necessary approvals for the upkeep of, KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics.?Act as the Subject Matter Expert for digital banking systems, providing guidance on solution design, configuration, and process improvements.?Translate business needs into detailed system requirements, user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to support effective development and testing.?Manage and maintain accurate documentation for digital banking applications, ensuring accessibility for business and technical teams.?Conduct detailed analysis of data structures and attributes to develop comprehensive data mapping strategies for system migration initiatives.?Implement application configuration changes, ensuring adherence to SDLC and Change Management protocols.?Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to resolve issues and deliver integrated digital banking solutions.?Monitor key digital banking platform performance indicators?such as app ratings, transaction volume, feature adoption, and account closures?to drive growth and satisfaction and proactively resolve issues through root cause analysis aligned with strategic objectives.?Leverage collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence for workstream management and stakeholder communication.?Maintain data integrity, security, and privacy standards across digital banking platforms.?Continuously seek opportunities to improve solution delivery practices and tools within the digital banking team.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
