Insight Global is looking for a Backup Admin to join one of our financial clients in the downtown SLC area. This Backup Admin will provide unified production management support for the backup infrastructure of the firm, using cutting-edge systems and processes that form the core of our key business. They have the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology innovation alongside industry leaders and make significant contributions to the field. They will also adopt various tools developed by Engineering team to automate failures using machine learning techniques, notify discrepancies in the health of production environment and help in the automation of health-restoration, with a continuous focus on risk and cost.Compensation: $25.00/hr to $32.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The Mailroom Clerk supports the daily operations of the firm by ensuring the accurate, secure, and timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal correspondence. This role is essential to maintaining efficient internal communication and supporting business continuity in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. Key Responsibilities:- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to designated departments and individuals. – Prepare outgoing mail and shipments, including weighing items, applying correct postage, and ensuring compliance with postal and courier regulations. – Process overnight, courier, and interoffice deliveries in accordance with established timelines and service-level expectations.- Maintain accurate logs and records for accountable, certified, or tracked mail and packages.- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and mail-sorting tools; report issues as needed.- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion and strict adherence to firm policies. – Provide courteous support to internal stakeholders regarding mail and package inquiries.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
