Client Service Representative – Custody

Salt Lake City, UT

A large financial services clietn is looking for a Client Service Representative to join Custody Solutions. This person will serve as the frontline ambassador for our digital-forward custody platform. This role is designed for a high-energy professional capable of managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications while delivering institutional-grade support to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). You will balance operational efficiency with a “client-first” advocacy mindset to drive asset retention and platform growth. This person will be focused on a certain aspect of their business called Custody. This willl entail having contact with registered investment advisors as well as clietns that are working thorugh the investement application. Key Responsibilities- Multi-Channel Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, faxes, and mailed correspondence from RIA firms and their end clients.- Inquiry Management: Efficiently route client inquiries to the appropriate internal processing teams to ensure timely resolution.- Client Advocacy & Risk Management: Navigate the intersection of internal risk protocols and external client needs, ensuring “win-win” outcomes while serving as the internal “voice of the client.”- Feedback & Escalation: Systematically log advisor feedback and complaints via Salesforce and internal trackers; escalate critical issues to management to assist in project prioritization.- Relationship Maintenance: Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding platform updates, key industry events, or releases that may impact the relationship.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with front-office and back-office colleagues to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain deep expertise across multiple Salesforce case categories and GSCS operational workflows.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Systems Engineer – Open Mission Systems

Salt Lake City, UT

An employer is seeking a Systems Engineer with a focus on Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Open Systems Architecture (OSA) to support the full lifecycle development of modular, interoperable mission systems, from conceptual design through product phase-out. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, deliverable-driven environment with a strong emphasis on system integration, verification, and test (I&T) across standards-based architectures aligned to government OMS and MOSA initiatives.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and end customers to design, integrate, and validate open, plug-and-play mission capabilities leveraging frameworks such as OMS/UCI (Universal Command and Control Interface), FACE (Future Airborne Capability Environment), CMOSS, and GRA (Generic Reference Architecture), as well as modern digital engineering environments like VIDA and AMS.The position includes hands-on involvement in integrating OMS-compliant subsystems, validating interface standards, executing interoperability testing, and troubleshooting system-level performance issues across hardware and software domains. You will support end-to-end system verification, integration events, and open architecture test campaigns, ensuring systems are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with evolving government architecture standards. Additional responsibilities include participation in design reviews, coordination with subcontractors, and support for on-site integration and test activities, with travel expected.This role requires an active DoD security clearance and is ideal for a systems engineer with experience in Open Mission Systems, Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), and open architecture integration/test within complex environments, along with a strong understanding of systems engineering fundamentals, requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama), and the ability to deliver adaptable, future-ready mission system solutions.This role offers $85-100/hr.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. How quickly can you staff my open position?

Depending on interview availability, we can typically source and screen new candidates in 24-48 hours, but we also have a vast rolodex of pre-vetted candidates on standby, as well.
