The Technical Lead / Lead Inspector runs day-to-day execution oversight for the Aerospace Inspector team at Pratt & Whitney?s AOIC in Oklahoma City. This role ensures evaluations are executed per AOIC Standard Work, enforces complexity/time-bump controls and stop/approval discipline, and maintains QCPC and documentation integrity. The Technical Lead is the hands-on technical authority for the team ? coaching inspectors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every evaluation output meets P&W?s audit-ready expectations. Provide day-to-day technical oversight and direction to Aerospace Inspectors executing evaluations under AOIC Standard Work Enforce complexity/time-bump controls: ensure time-bump requests are submitted before half-time is spent; enforce stop/approval when overruns exceed thresholds Maintain QCPC documentation integrity and ensure rework records are complete, traceable, and accessible Conduct quality reviews of evaluation outputs (dimensional inspections, structured-light/CMM measurement capture, distress identification) before submission Support the Priority-to-Throughput Execution Framework by translating priority assignments into inspector-level daily execution plans Maintain part tracking and flow discipline artifacts (part lists, batch classification, routing/WIP status, aging visibility) Identify and escalate technical issues, repeated rework patterns, or systemic quality concerns Support onboarding and training of new inspectors to AOIC Standard Work and local expectationsCompensation: Up to $50.00/hr up based on experience. The Program Manager leads the onsite operating rhythm and governance for Insight Global?s AOIC Hardware Evaluation service at Pratt & Whitney?s Oklahoma City Inspection Clinic. This role owns end-to-end program execution ? establishing and maintaining audit-ready cadence, escalation discipline, and reporting transparency aligned to AOIC and P&W expectations. The PM serves as the single point of accountability between the Insight Global delivery team and Pratt & Whitney stakeholders, ensuring predictable throughput, priority alignment, and documentation integrity across the evaluation lifecycle.Own the program operating cadence: weekly status, risk/issue log, escalation tracking, and monthly/quarterly rollups Translate LPM priority updates (weekly and approved same-day changes) into a stable daily execution plan via the Priority-to-Throughput Execution Framework Manage end-to-end part flow discipline (Intake ? Classification ? Routing ? Evaluation ? Documentation) and ensure traceability across the evaluation lifecycle Enforce complexity/time-bump governance ? ensure stop/approval discipline is maintained and overruns are surfaced before they become surprises Maintain the Audit-Ready Evidence Pack and Readiness Scorecard; conduct routine documentation integrity checks and spot-check reviews Coordinate with Evergreen Program Management and Solutions Architect for reporting, governance support, and advisory as needed Manage team continuity: onboarding, knowledge transfer, cross-coverage, and timely backfill Surface blockers, repeated issues, and systemic risks early through the agreed reporting and escalation cadence Compensation: Up to $70.00/hr up based on experience. We are seeking a strategic and operationally driven Regional Manager to oversee multifamily assets across Oklahoma and Texas during a period of portfolio growth and operational expansion. This role will be partnered closely with executive leadership, asset management, and onsite teams to drive occupancy, revenue performance, operational consistency, resident experience, and team development across the portfolio.The ideal candidate is a strong operator with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives accountability, and leads teams through performance-focused operational execution.Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned multifamily assets – Drive leasing performance, occupancy strategy, collections, delinquency management, and revenue optimization across the portfolio- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits – Partner with maintenance leadership on turns, work orders, and capex coordination – Coach and develop onsite managers and maintenance teams – Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards – Assist with implementation of new operational procedures and reporting systems – Revenue management and pricing strategy oversight- Budget accountability and expense management- Talent development and succession planning- Reputation management oversight- Stabilization strategy execution- Monitor KPIs including: Occupancy, Delinquency, Turn times, Payroll, and Controllable expenses This role will require frequent travel to properties across Oklahoma and Texas in addition to other locations as needed.The compensation for this role is $41 – $50 per hour with a conversion salary between $85k – $105k with opportunities for bonuses.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
