The Event Attendant supports operations at events, venues, and temporary work sites. Insight Global is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician for a top government services client supporting a secure base in Oklahoma City, OK. This technician will be responsible for the hands-on operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the facility?s electrical, mechanical, HVAC, control, and life-safety infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a hands-on trades professional with experience in a data center or another large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facility. This person must be comfortable performing equipment rounds, preventive maintenance, work orders, system monitoring, emergency response, and general facility duties.Day-to-Day:Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, control, and life-safety systems supporting a fully operational, mission-critical data centerMonitor equipment and building systems through a computerPerform rounds, tours, inspections, and equipment readings throughout the site regularlyComplete preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining accurate documentation and operating recordsSpend approximately 10% to 15% of the shift responding to and completing work ordersTroubleshoot generators, UPS systems, switchgear, PDUs, batteries, chillers, cooling towers, CRAC units, air handlers, pumps, motors, and BAS controlsAssist with system recovery when critical issues occurWork closely with the Critical Facilities Leads, and other techniciansPerform general facility-support duties as assignedHelp maintain continuous site coverage, with at least two technicians required onsite at all timesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Technical Training Specialist will deliver and support Operations & Maintenance technical training, primarily for Wind operations, while helping expand Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems training. Responsibilities include classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on instruction; training administration; curriculum support; qualification tracking; and daily support of the Oklahoma City Training Center.The trainer will cover areas such as Climb & Rescue, Technical System Training, LOTO, electrical safety, troubleshooting, SCADA, condition monitoring systems, substation switching, Solar, and BESS.Compensation: $38.9/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
