Design physical layouts for grounding, duct bank, conduit, cable tray, and lighting.? Plan and develop a full range of drawing deliverables such as one-lines, motor schematics, hazardous areas, grounding, duct bank, lighting, power, cable tray, installation details, and section/elevations.? Perform calculations for grounding, duct bank, conduit, cable tray, and lighting.? Follow all company, client, and project design and drafting standards.? Execute, organize, and maintain project revisions to designs and drawings in a logical and well-structured manner.? Interpret and apply design codes and specifications related to design requirements.? Review design deliverables for quality assurance within scope, budget and schedule.? Incorporate schedules, budgets and project criteria into electrical design and layouts.? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Technician to support healthcare clients across Kansas City and surrounding states. This unique role is based in Missouri and involves servicing infant security systems and related low-voltage technologies in hospitals and long-term care facilities. The technician will be part of a collaborative team of 15 field service professionals covering the eastern region. Key Responsibilities?Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems (12?24V AC/DC), including RFID and access control technologies.?Service healthcare facilities including hospitals and nursing homes (approx. 50/50 split).?Travel to client sites within a 3-hour radius; occasional flights for extended support.?Manage service calls, courtesy visits, inspections, and remote support as needed.?Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.?Work independently with flexible hours (average 6-hour days, some up to 12 hours).?Guarantee of 40 hours/week with a minimum of 10% annual overtime.?Expense hotel stays and mileage when applicable; company card provided.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Third Party Risk ManagerSalary Rang: $125-$155k+ based on years of experienceLocation: Hybrid either in Columbus, OH or Kansas City, MOWe are looking for a Third Party Risk Manager to join our client for a direct hire position ASAP. This candidate will report directly to the CCO. This candidate will consult with risk leads to ensure enterprise risks are identified and mitigated in support of achievement of our business objectives. Responsible for developing and monitoring risk programs in order to identify business opportunities, mitigate risk, enhance controls, and improve third party outcomes. Conduct third party contract reviews. Essential Functions?Develop and deliver Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) routines including:?Perform routine risk monitoring and related communications?Consult with risk owners on process improvement and assessment of specific risks?Perform control assessments and provide design recommendations?Maintain documentation of dashboards, metrics, and other risk assessment documentation?Risk owner awareness, collaboration, and support?Incident response?Develop and deliver Third Party Risk Management routines including:?Provide input on sourcing strategies for spend categories?Monitor third party engagements and maintain practices consistent with risk level?Collaborate with business until leads on vendor sourcing and perform contract review/negotiation in conjunction with inception and renewals?Participate more broadly in projects within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance department?Regular and predictable attendance.?Other duties as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
