Insight Global is looking for an Asset Retention Specialist to work for onsite for one of our client’s in the Kansas City area. This position will require you to be in the office 5 days a week for the first 6-9 months while training. Once the conclusion of training, it will turn into a hybrid position with the option of one day work from home. This person will be responsible for making outbound calls and producing outbound emails to the company’s customers and understanding the cancelations of any policies. It is important that this person have high attention to detail and organizational skills. They will be responsible for tracking any policy cancelations and ensuring that they have the correct amount/data documented. This role also requires good relationship building and communication skills as they will be communicating with customers daily. All of the tracking of policies will be handled in a window’s based application to which they will be trained on during the training period. Insight Global Services is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled OSP Fiber Design Technician to join our telecom team. The ideal candidate will have experience using 3GIS and ArcGIS Pro software to design and maintain fiber optic networks. This role requires a strong understanding of GIS principles, fiber optic technology, and telecommunication infrastructure. Responsibilities: ? Design and document fiber optic networks using 3GIS and ArcGIS Pro software. ? Create, update, and maintain GIS data layers related to fiber optic infrastructure. ? Perform spatial analysis and generate maps and reports to support network planning and development. ? Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient fiber network designs. ? Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all design work. ? Assist in the preparation of permits and related materials. ? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GIS data and software. ? Sales AdvisorWe are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to help clients evaluate insurance options and protect their investment portfolios. This role focuses on consultative sales, client relationship management, and delivering tailored coverage solutions.Responsibilities:? Review current insurance coverage and recommend appropriate solutions.? Advise clients on coverage options based on their business and investment needs.? Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.? Educate clients on policy differences and coverage considerations.? Document coverage selections and maintain accurate client records.? Assign policies according to company guidelines and procedures.?
