A client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and project teams responsible for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and infrastructure projects. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining project documentation, tracking project data, preparing billing support materials, managing work orders, and ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and has experience supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, or Project Support experience are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities: ? Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.? Maintain and update project tracking spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation.? Create and manage work orders (WOs) and ensure project records remain accurate and organized.? Assist with project billing preparation, invoice support, and related documentation.? Enter and track project labor hours and time-entry information.? Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and administrative deadlines.? Prepare project status reports and assist with data collection for project reviews.? Coordinate internal project communications and help facilitate information flow between stakeholders.? Organize and maintain electronic files, project records, and contract documentation.? The Assistant Civil Designer supports the planning, design, and development of civil engineering projects. This role works closely with engineers and project teams to prepare construction documents, perform design calculations, and assist with a variety of land development and infrastructure projects.Responsibilities? Assist with the design of site development, land development, roadway, utility, drainage, and stormwater projects.? Prepare and revise construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.? Develop preliminary layouts, sketches, and design markups for ongoing projects.? Perform basic civil design calculations, including grading and earthwork quantities.? Analyze maps, surveys, reports, and other project data to support design activities.? Apply applicable codes, standards, and project requirements to design work.? Insight Global is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance Mechanical for a large amusement park, water park, and campground/resort complex in Kansas City, MO.This individual will support the Maintenance Mechanical Manager by leading and developing maintenance personnel while overseeing maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities for rides, equipment, and facilities. The Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling work, assigning resources, ensuring maintenance procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate maintenance documentation.This role will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, guide mechanics through troubleshooting and repair efforts, help coordinate maintenance projects, and ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards, manufacturer requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.Key Responsibilities? Supervise, schedule, assign, and review work performed by maintenance personnel.? Train, coach, and develop maintenance employees while maintaining performance standards.? Oversee ride inspections, mechanical troubleshooting, and repair activities.? Assist with part and component design efforts as needed.? Establish and monitor preventative maintenance schedules.? Ensure timely completion of work orders and repair requests.? Inspect maintenance work for compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards.? Coordinate maintenance projects with other departments, vendors, contractors, and ride manufacturers.? Review inspection records, downtime reports, rehab reports, accident reports, and maintenance documentation.? Maintain schedules, reports, work orders, performance evaluations, and other departmental records.? Enforce Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements and company policies.?
