A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their rapidly growing team in Kansas City. The Project Manager hold the responsibility of overseeing the profitability and success of the project. The Project Manager gets engaged from the preparation and review of estimates, through the construction phase, and takes charge of all activities from the start to on-time and on-budget completion.Responsibilities: ? Responsible for project start-up, including detailed estimate review, and facilitation of purchasing, procurement, subcontracts and submittals, and project schedules? Monitors control and construction of project through administrative direction of on-site superintendent and other field and office personnel associated with the project to ensure quality project is built on schedule and within budget? Establishes project objectives, procedures and performance standards within scope of company policies and standard operating procedures? Responsible for profit management of assigned projects? Fosters effective relationships with project team, as well as clients, vendors, subcontractors, etc.? Oversees the review and processing of submittals? Manages subcontractors proposal requests, scope reviews, and the issuing of subcontracts? Responsible for establishing and monitoring schedule of field and subcontractor progress ? Issues large purchase orders? Reviews, edits, and approves owner and general contractor contracts ? Assists in the coordination of safety programs and oversees site safety reviews? Coordinates all job correspondence? Identifies opportunities for future projects and networks internally and externally to pursue such opportunities? Responsible for project close outs? The Staff Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for leading the project controls processes with the internal project management team to execute project deliverables within budget and schedule.- Ensure project set-up in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software. – Analyze data, review logs, and run reports in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools. – Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). – Develop, implement, and maintain effective scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows and forecasts for multiple projects. – Follow project execution plans. – Responsible for engineering, procurement and construction planning, scheduling, logistics and cost control. – Serves as a point of contact for technical questions from the project team. – Approve Purchase Orders and/or Subcontracts for proper coding. – Input and document changes to cost reports or forecasts. – Interfaces with the Project Management Team and Accounting Department to review project costs and contingency costs and support external audits. – Review upstream (prime contract) and downstream (purchase order & subcontract) change orders. – Develop and present a cash flow report. – Develop various levels of schedules. – Apply and review the entry of logic ties within the schedules. – Monitor resource loading of a schedule. – Support Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM). – Create various schedule reports and determine appropriate reporting format. – Develop, review, and analyze pre-programmed project scheduling reports and back-up documentation for accuracy. – Consults with the project team on schedule progress. – Analyzes and evaluates schedule management involving the critical path method of scheduling techniques, estimating, project cost management and forecasting. – Perform schedule what-if scenarios. – Develop and maintain an earned value management system. – Input and validate progress measurement. – Develop and maintain progress curves. – Perform material takeoffs. – Perform quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables. – Perform field audits to validate accuracy of reporting and processes. – Capable of assisting with Project Forensic Analysis.- Performs other duties as assigned – Complies with all policies and standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking for an Asset Retention Specialist to work for onsite for one of our client’s in the Kansas City area. This position will require you to be in the office 5 days a week for the first 6-9 months while training. Once the conclusion of training, it will turn into a hybrid position with the option of one day work from home. This person will be responsible for making outbound calls and producing outbound emails to the company’s customers and understanding the cancelations of any policies. It is important that this person have high attention to detail and organizational skills. They will be responsible for tracking any policy cancelations and ensuring that they have the correct amount/data documented. This role also requires good relationship building and communication skills as they will be communicating with customers daily. All of the tracking of policies will be handled in a window’s based application to which they will be trained on during the training period.
