We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to step into a lead-style role supporting a Salesforce-driven project. This person will primarily oversee testing efforts and coordinate with an offshore QA team, ensuring all test scenarios, execution, and reporting are aligned with business goals.This is less of a hands-on testing role and more focused on guidance, coordination, and quality oversight across the testing lifecycle.What You?ll Be DoingOversee day-to-day QA activities for an offshore testing team (8 resources)Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to review requirements and ensure proper test coverageValidate that test scenarios and test cases are clearly defined and aligned with business expectationsSupport offshore team by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and removing blockersMonitor testing progress and provide daily status updates to stakeholdersEnsure defects are escalated appropriately and tracked through resolutionCoordinate testing related to Salesforce data flows (Sales Cloud ? downstream systems like CSG)Participate in daily standups and business check-ins to identify gaps or new testing needsUse Jira to track testing progress, defects, and reportingHelp drive process improvements across the QA lifecycleWhat a Typical Day Looks LikeMorning sync with offshore QA team to review test execution progress and address issuesMeetings with business and project stakeholders to align on priorities and upcoming workReviewing test scenarios and ensuring proper coverage before executionMonitoring testing execution and troubleshooting blockersSending end-of-day reporting on testing status, progress, and risksThis is onsite 4 days a week in St. Louis. Insight Global is looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to one of the leading Beverage companies globally, here in St. Louis, MO. It will be their job to work directly with wholesalers, merchandisers, and warehouses to understand their timelines and process for shipments. This person will coordinate the arrival and truck loading of product . They will work directly with internal teams and vendors to coordinate/manage the timelines for product deliveries and ensure that the product is arriving on time and going to the correct location. It will be their goal to organize the palettes so that they will have the fullest and fewest trucks as possible.
