The Test Engineer (Automation) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery across applications and platforms, using the Playwright test automation framework. This person will contribute to the development and implementation of engineering projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive technical excellence within our organization. Job Description? Respond to inbound calls, emails, live chat and voice mails.? Possess knowledge of the mortgage origination process to be able to identify, understand and categorize the caller?s request, so that accurate and complete information is provided in response.? Utilize a web-based knowledge database to answer policy questions and general questions from the lending industry on FHA mortgage programs.? Utilize the FHA Connection help guide (web-based application) and the knowledge database to trouble shoot issues with the FHA Connection system.? Utilize other HUD, web-based systems (i.e. SAMS and SFISnet) to assist appropriate callers.? Enter accurate and detailed information in a Customer Relationship Management application summarizing caller contact data, data about the nature of the request and whether or not a referral was provided.? Warm transfer calls that cannot be resolved to the applicable Homeownership Center (HOC).? Handle back-up calls from the general public.? This role serves as a trusted financial professional responsible for managing and growing an established book of prior clients while delivering personalized financial guidance. The position focuses on actively engaging members to understand their financial position, goals, assets, and lending needs through thoughtful discovery and ongoing communication. By taking a holistic approach, the role emphasizes consolidating relationships, aggregating assets where appropriate, and expanding overall wallet share across deposits, lending, and wealth management solutions. The objective is to grow retail deposits and retail loans while expanding the institution?s presence across the market. This includes identifying opportunities to support business owners through business lending and other specialized services, while providing sound advice grounded in financial analysis, education, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.In addition, this role is responsible for driving growth while delivering an exceptional member experience. The individual acts as a primary liaison between members and internal partners, follows up consistently across multiple communication channels, and presents clearly and confidently to both members and business partners. Success in this role requires redefining the traditional model by proactively building personal networks and referral sources rather than relying solely on inbound activity.
