A large software company is seeking a Knowledge Coordinator?to support the HR payroll knowledge workstream for a future payroll project. This role partners closely with policy and technology teams to ensure knowledge is complete, accurate, and ready to deploy alongside system and policy changes. Day-to-day work includes reviewing and QA?ing knowledge articles, redlining and consolidating existing content, creating new articles where gaps exist, applying new templates, and coordinating staggered publishing batches aligned to deployment dates. A retail client in the Indianapolis, IN area is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Ito join their Dairy manufacturing team. This resource will be responsible for all machine maintenance of their hydraulics, pneumatics, and manufacturing equipment. There will be partnership with a team of technicians and will report directly to the senior engineering manager. Other responsibilities include:Develop an understanding of equipment overhaul requirementsAssist Engineering Leader in the development of execution plans, manpower and schedules for overhauls and shutdown activitiesInterface with planning/scheduling, inventory control and maintenance purchasing teams to learn and understand parts, labor and time requirements for overhauls and repairsAnalyze current Preventive Maintenance (PM) program condition and understand/prioritize gapsManage the PM program for all equipment, building and facilities through the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Oversee PM review process of critical assets utilizing required tools and understanding return on investment of changesLearn planning, scheduling, work order, inventory control, and purchasing functions of CMMSUtilize AutoCAD to view process diagrams, equipment layouts, and necessary plant drawingsMaintain equipment and facility documentation/drawingsProvide support to engineering/maintenance team on troubleshooting and day-to-day activitiesOversee the parts room to ensure adherence to company policies, availability of necessary parts, elimination of obsolete materials and adjustments/optimization of stocking levelsParticipate in facility reliability-based Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process and serve as technical/engineering representationUtilize Kroger Down Time (KDT) and one click to understand current reliability failures with minimal supervisionDrive and document Improvements in Reliability initiatives of a unit of operationServe as technical representation in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) Kaizen processAnalyze and drive improvements of maintenance key performance indicator metricsManage PPM execution and ensure program complianceAct as Department Lead in Operational Key Element Analysis (OKEA) auditsComplete entire Maintenance Excellence (ME) training curriculumOversee maintenance department training development planWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Oversee field operations related to asset management, including asset tagging, tracking, and reporting.
