Insight Global is looking to add 2 Order Selectors to our client’s Warehouse Distribution team that sits in Indianapolis, IN. The Warehouse Order Selector will perform a variety of functions that may include picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This role is Monday through Friday, on-site and the shift begins at 5PM until the job is complete (this time varies depending on workload, could range from 1AM-5AM. Mechanical System Engineering?Support the design review, planning, and execution of HVAC, piping, plumbing, utility, and other mechanical systems.?Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.?Identify and resolve engineering issues throughout project execution.Project Coordination?Collaborate with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.?Coordinate mechanical installation activities to align with project schedules and milestones.?Participate in design meetings, construction planning sessions, and client discussions.Technical Support & Problem Solving?Provide field engineering support during installation, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities.?Troubleshoot mechanical system issues and propose practical solutions to minimize project impacts.?Support quality control efforts and verify conformance to project requirements.Safety & Compliance?Ensure all mechanical work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.?Support jobsite safety initiatives and participate in safety reviews and audits.?Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.Documentation & Reporting?Maintain engineering documentation, RFIs, submittals, design changes, and project records.?Support project reporting, tracking progress, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.?Assist with commissioning documentation and final project closeout.Insight Global is looking for a Technical Mechanical Engineer to support the planning, design, installation, and execution of complex mechanical systems on large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects. This role will partner closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure mechanical systems are designed and installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges in a construction environment. $50/hr to $62/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. A Passionate Helping Hand Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead all clinical operations and ensure exceptional patient care across our home health organization. This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with deep home health experience who can drive positive patient outcomes, maintain survey readiness, and support a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.Day-to-Day Responsibilities? Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations and patient care services.? Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and contracted clinicians. ? Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS Conditions of Participation, accreditation standards, HIPAA, and state regulations.? Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs, including audits, outcomes tracking, and corrective action plans.? Oversee OASIS accuracy, clinical documentation quality, physician orders, care plans, and survey readiness activities. ? Monitor key quality metrics, including hospitalization rates, patient satisfaction, documentation compliance, and clinical outcomes. ? Partner with billing, authorization, revenue cycle, and administrative teams to reduce claim denials and support reimbursement. ? Facilitate clinical meetings, case conferences, staff education, and competency development programs. ? Ensure timely completion of patient assessments, care plans, recertifications, discharges, and compliance documentation. ?
