Insight Global is look to add a Distillery Controls Engineer to their client?s team, the leading supplier of premium distilled spirits and food ingredient solutions. This person will serves as the technical lead for the facility’s Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, and industrial automation initiatives, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. This individual will lead and support automation projects from design through commissioning, partnering closely with Operations, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and external system integrators to develop control strategies, troubleshoot process and logic issues, enhance operator usability through HMI development, and improve overall system reliability. They will be responsible for programming and modifying control systems, managing DCS maintenance activities including backups, server administration, and system patching, while driving capital projects, budgeting, vendor management, and project execution. Insight Global’s client is a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy integrator with decades of experience implementing energy savings projects. As their company continues to grow, they have a new project with a client in Lebanon, IN and are in need of a Construction Site EHS Manager to help drive the completion of this project. This project will go until the end of 2027, with a possibility it will extend or that you can move onto a different project after or convert permanently. It will work M-F from 7-4 onsite in Lebanon, IN.The Construction Site EHS Manager is responsible for adapting, implementing, and overseeing the corporate environmental, health, and safety programs at construction sites. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, promotes a culture of safety, and minimizes risks to workers, the environment, and the project. The EHS Manager collaborates with project teams to maintain a safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:?Assess, enhance and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and programs tailored to construction site operations.?Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.?Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards, as well as company-specific safety protocols.?Train and educate site personnel, including workers, supervisors, and subcontractors, on safety practices, emergency procedures, and equipment use.?Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.?Manage environmental compliance, including waste disposal, erosion control, and spill prevention, in accordance with permits and regulations.?Maintain and update safety documentation, such as permits, logs, and training records.?Coordinate with project managers and contractors to integrate EHS considerations into daily operations and planning.?Oversee the proper use, storage, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools.?Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and emergency response teams when required.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking for a Test Technician to support one of our largest material handling clients in Columbus, Indiana. The technician will work with test engineers to understand the test and complete the test as per the outlined plan. The test technician will maintain detailed test logs and document the day-to-day activity. The technician will update daily activity details to tracking document.
