A Fortune 100 retail client in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Resource Leader to join their dairy manufacturing plant. This resource will plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities of assigned department; ensure efficient operations. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR). Other responsibilities include:Direct area supervisors and associates in the proper usage of safe manufacturing practices, including the hazards of products being produced and ensure accountabilityValidate proper scheduling to maximize line efficiency while minimizing labor costsCommunicate plan needs of the service groups to the needs of the production area; Including changeovers, preventative maintenance, waste and material needs for the current and following production dayCommunicate and follow up on any quality or safety defects to all levels of the organization for prompt evaluationSupport and participate in the plant safety processOversee all areas of the plant to ensure SQR standards are being met on all productsFollow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reportsMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Day-to-Day / ResponsibilitiesA client in the insurance/annuities space is looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer to join their enterprise data engineering and delivery team. These resource will contribute to modernizing the data ecosystem and enabling high-quality, business-ready data across the organization. This role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, transforming raw data into usable assets, and ensuring data reliability for their insurance and annuity operations. Success in this role requires strong Python and SQL skills, deep curiosity about the why behind the data, and the ability to translate engineering work into meaningful business impact. You will work self-directed on complex problems, contribute to the migration from legacy systems to a modern tech stack, and help the business make better decisions through trustworthy, well-engineered data. This is an opportunity to influence how data is delivered, understood, and used to drive behavior and outcomes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be looking for $65-75/hr.
