This position is responsible for supporting new product development and manufacturing efforts through advanced metrology and inspection solutions. The engineer operates within an R&D-driven environment, evaluating and implementing measurement technologies to enhance automation, improve inspection delivery, and drive efficiency across production processes. Acting as a collaborative partner to tooling engineers, operations, and quality teams, this individual influences technical decisions and ensures measurement systems meet evolving business and product requirements. The role involves working with a variety of metrology tools and techniques including CMM systems, optical measurement equipment, and statistical analysis software, while contributing to continuous improvement in product validation and manufacturing processes. This candidate will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow from storage to the field. They will lead a team of 8?10 personnel, manage inventory across Conex containers, coordinate delivery drivers, and create structured daily routing plans. Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure products are accurately received, stored, and shipped on time. This role is responsible for managing incoming inventory, maintaining accurate ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) records, and overseeing inventory control across on-site, off-site, and Customs bonded warehouses. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse technicians and shipping/receiving teams to achieve daily operational goals while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and inventory procedures. This individual will coordinate export, military, and refund stock orders, partner with internal teams and freight forwarders to schedule shipments, and proactively resolve shipping exceptions.
