An employer is seeking a contract Business Analyst to join a project supporting their Credit System Rewrite.? Gather, analyze, document, and validate the functionality of existing applications/functions within the business and identify opportunities for enhancements.? Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with business stakeholders and SMEs.? Work with Product Owner(s) and UX Designer(s) to create process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation as needed.? Perform data analysis to support decision-making and solution design, if necessary.? Support testing activities including test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triage.Agile & Requirements Development? Partner closely with business SMEs to elicit and refine detailed functional and non-functional requirements for application enhancements.? Write clear, concise, and comprehensive Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.? Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.? Explain and clarify user stories to software engineers during refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding.? Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog based on business value and dependencies.? Work with engineering teams to ensure stories are fully understood and ready for development.Cross-Functional Collaboration? Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.? Ensure requirements are aligned with strategic goals, operational needs, and technical constraints.? A fortune 100 client in the retail space is seeking a Plant Quality Leader to join the team at their grocery manufacturing plant in Cincinnati. This resource will be responsible for ensuring quality programs are in compliance, leading audits, improving the plant, and more. They will also be managing 2 resource leaders with 15 lab technicians under them. Other daily responsibilities include:- Provide leadership to the plant in areas of food safety and product quality- Serve as liaison for governmental inspections- Participate in corporate regulatory compliance inspections and audits- Audit plant sanitation process through environmental testing, product testing and physical inspections- Assure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are consistently and effectively followed and ensure pest control program compliance- Support quality initiatives by participating in routine Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walkthroughs and participating in or leading any food safety or quality initiatives- Monitor to ensure that Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Hazard Analysis & Risk-based Preventive Controls (HARPC), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), allergen programs, formulations, & finished product consistently meet specifications- Assure that Quality Assurance staff is properly trained and resourced- Ensure thorough and effective annual training of Safe Quality Foods (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs and Food Safety Programs- Assure that record keeping is accurate and meets Kroger, SQF and government regulations- Ensure receiving procedures for incoming and outgoing ingredients are in compliance with quality and safety standards- Investigate consumer comments, collaborate with production on resulting action plans- Assist Corporate Food Technology (CFT) with product development, product audits and calculation of raw materials- Provide support to production in continuous improvement effort- Provide feedback to suppliers to improve relationships and resolve quality issues- Assist the staff management team in all Safe Quality Food policies and requirementsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
