Insight Global is seeking a full time Senior Cloud Architect for a financial services client. This individual will play a critical role in designing and building enterprise-scale Azure cloud solutions while remaining hands-on with implementation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between infrastructure and application development teams, helping onboard applications into Azure, modernize legacy systems, and guide teams through best practices in cloud architecture.This role requires a strong mix of technical depth and communication skills, as you will act as an internal consultant?partnering with developers, architects, and leadership to design scalable, secure, and highly available systems. You will leverage Terraform to implement Infrastructure as Code, support containerized microservices environments, and contribute to multi-region cloud strategies. This is a highly collaborative role within a growing cloud organization where you will influence architecture decisions and help shape the company?s long-term cloud strategy.Day-to-Day:?Design and implement scalable, secure Azure cloud architectures (including multi-region environments)?Write and maintain Terraform code to deploy infrastructure in a fully automated IaC model?Partner closely with application development teams to onboard and modernize applications in Azure?Translate business and development requirements into cloud solutions and architecture designs?Build and support containerized applications using Docker and Azure container services?Assist developers in deploying Java and csharp microservices into cloud environments?Develop and share proof of concepts (POCs), reference architectures, and reusable pipelines?Manage Azure resources, including identity, access, and permissions via code (Entra ID/RBAC)?Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Elastic and logging tools?Act as an internal cloud consultant?working with engineers, admins, and leadership (including VP-level stakeholders)?Guide best practices around cloud adoption, deployment strategies, and modernization effortsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. A client in the is seeking a hands-on, short term contract, Business Continuity consultant to execute Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), facilitate stakeholder interviews, develop BC plans, and drive plans through approval and publication. This is an execution-focused role with emphasis on Business Continuity and alignment to IT Disaster Recovery.Conduct BIA interviews with business and IT stakeholders.Capture critical processes, dependencies, risks, RTOs, and RPOs using existing tools/templates.Develop and maintain BC plans aligned to BIA results.Coordinate with IT DR owners to ensure recovery strategies support business requirements.Track plan completion, approvals, and publication status.Escalate overdue plans, approvals, and unresolved gaps.Maintain Jira dashboards and provide weekly status reporting.Document recovery gaps and assign ownership for remediation.Success MetricsBC plans developed, approved, and published across 18 value streams.Approximately 50 business processes assessed and documented.80%+ of targeted processes complete with BIA, approved BC plan, and mapped DR plan.Less than 2-week lag between BIA completion and draft BC plan.All identified recovery gaps documented with assigned owners.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. An employer is seeking a Space Planner in the Cincinnati, OH area. This individual will be a contractor employee and will join the planning team. During this person?s day-to-day, they will undertake advanced professional work related to various planning assignments, including space and site planning, development of functional and programmatic requirements for projects, directing feasibility studies, and developing project solutions and alternatives. They will be conducting research on the project?s needs, industry trends, and relevant planning benchmarks. They will be compiling data, organizing, and evaluating it to support project recommendations and determine planning priorities. Along with this, they will be facilitating client engagement meetings and workshops and preparing capital budgets.
