The Senior Enterprise Monitoring & Event Management Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, integration, automation, and support of enterprise monitoring and event management platforms. Insight Global is looking to hire a Title Administration Specialist in Columbus, OH. This person will support vehicle title operations throughout the loan lifecycle, including title document processing, lien perfection, title transfers, and lien releases. They will review, prepare, send, and track title documentation while resolving title exceptions and communicating with borrowers, vendors, lienholders, and state agencies. This individual will maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other systems, manage assigned cases and tasks, and ensure work is completed within established SLAs. They will partner with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, Servicing, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and move accounts through title workflows.
