A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Business Systems Analyst on to the team. The Deposit Pricing Analyst provides analysis and support for the Deposit Pricing Team, which manages deposit interest rates and deposit interest expense across all segments of the bank. Responsibilities include the following:Handles deposit pricing exception request processes and provides feedback and training to bankers as needed. May act as liaison between vendors and the pricing team or between pricing team and other corporate areas.Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned reporting of deposit portfolio results, trends, risks, and opportunitiesResearches and analyzes deposit exception pricing requests and deposit growth opportunities/problems and works with the team to provide insight and to take appropriate actionTests and implements pricing strategies and assesses resultsIdentifies discrepancies between the expected, reported and actual pricing activity in accordance with internal department guidelines.Develops and generates specialized and ad hoc reports.Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures. Develops and monitors reporting of business/competitor trends and/or other data. The Team: The Operations team is the fastest growing team in the org and we’re seeking Operations Associates to support our Onboarding organization. In this flexible role, you will support the operations of one or more of our core business verticals based on the needs of our business. We’re seeking an Operations Associate to join us on the ground level. Our Operations Associates will be an integral part of our Ops organization. Service Delivery & Incident Management?Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support across phone, email, ticketing system, walk-up, and deskside channels?Log, categorize, prioritize, and document tickets with clear and actionable information?Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests in alignment with defined SLAs?Determine impact, urgency, and priority for incoming requests?Escalate issues to Tier 2 or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and handoffTechnical Support?Troubleshoot issues across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and telephony tools?Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Office suite)?Assist with password resets, MFA issues, account unlocks, and access-related requests?Support hardware setup and troubleshooting (docking stations, monitors, peripherals)?Provide remote support using enterprise-approved tools?Troubleshoot internal/custom applications and escalate appropriatelyOperational Judgment & Collaboration?Use independent judgment to determine resolution vs escalation path?Act as an escalation support resource for peers when needed?Collaborate with teammates and senior analysts on complex or high-impact issuesContinuous Improvement & Documentation?Identify recurring issues and trends through ticket analysis?Contribute to knowledge base articles, SOPs, and user documentation?Provide feedback on process improvements and tooling gaps to leadershipService Desk Excellence?Manage personal ticket queue and workload to meet SLA targets?Participate in rotating 24×7 coverage, including off-hours as needed?Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer communication in all interactionspay: 20-23/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
