Insight Global’s client is a global aerospace manufacturer. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for leading and directing maintenance resources to the fulfillment of objectives for this line of business. This position leads and is directly accountable for providing technical expertise and leadership for overall mechanical and electric equipment systems. Direct reports may include, but not limited to, – Maintenance Area Leads, Maintenance Planner Technical Controls Specialists and Maintenance Supervisors. The incumbent communicates continually with the Business Unit Operations Lead Team and other site leaders. External contacts include mechanical and electrical contractors and suppliers. Accountability ObjectivesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Developing policies and setting expectations to ensure that EHS objectives, activities, and plans are achieved. Leading and participating in the development of an independent culture and an incident free workplace. What does this mean?Managing and maintaining relationships with contractors and service providers for the Business Unit Operations Maintenance organization.Managing and setting expectations for the Business Unit Operations Maintenance organizations.Leading change strategies such as the Reliability Excellence program to increase proactive maintenance by optimizing Cleveland Operations? maintenance resources. Lead in a manner that drives the identification, implementation and documentation of maintenance and reliability best practices. Connect with other Business Unit locations and outside companies to benchmark and share best practices. Ensuring that preventative and responsive maintenance resources and programs are in place to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation that covers an asset base of 300+ million and four plants including manufacturing and office space. Promoting and leading the development and application of predictive maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance, and control/capability of critical processes. Identify, procure and install predictive monitoring equipment. Identify, implement and document maintenance and reliability best practices. Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and/or productivity improvements with regards to maintenance activities, particularly seeking to minimize the investment required for spare parts and maintenance supplies. Drive and support a reliability systems and culture throughout the maintenance organization moving from reactive maintenance to preventative/proactive maintenance.Evaluate equipment failures and failure history to identifying and recommend potential capital or expense projects to eliminate equipment failures. Achieving and exceeding key measurable items including OEE, OA (operational availability), MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and safety to support the plant?s daily delivery metrics. Coach and develop skills of direct and indirect reports. Partner with the Human Resources function to establish, coordinate and monitor department-specific people systems (performance management, reward and recognition, compensation, employee engagement, employee development, succession planning, hiring process, new employee onboarding, etc).Participating in the identification, recruitment, training, appraisal, and professional development of maintenance resources.Ensuring that Works Engineering Contracting Out and Grievance handled per the current Labor Agreement by participating in the 2nd and 3rd steps of the Grievance process.Managing applicable labor issues effectively within area of responsibility.Performing other duties as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Day to Day:?A concrete field technician spends the day performing field and laboratory tests to ensure concrete meets project specifications. They travel to construction sites to conduct concrete testing. Travel will be up to two hours away and reimbursed. There will be a company vehicle provided in most instances. Throughout the day, they record accurate data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to engineers and project managers. When needed, they analyze samples in the lab. At the end of the day, they maintain equipment, upload reports, and plan for upcoming assignments.PRIMARY DUTIES:? Perform material testing of asphalt concrete? Field sampling and compaction testing.? Field inspection, testing, sampling, equipment, and equipment maintenance on assigned project.? Accurate documentation and reporting.? Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking an Applications Analyst to work onsite in Cleveland, OH. The Applications (Finance, Tax & Benefits) Analyst is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service to clients, producing quality work products, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. Above all, the TSS Applications (Finance, Tax & Benefits) Analyst must meet the requirements of the position in a manner which is consistent with the Firm?s visions and values.Daily Responsibilities: ?Capable of working independently to manage small to medium size project initiatives through planning, scope definition, analysis, testing, and implementation.?Works as a member of a collaborative team responsible for business analysis, planning, integrating, testing, debugging, configuring, supporting, and documenting packaged applications; develops reports for users and business analysis; creates PowerShell scripts and macros for system support; collaborates and communicates with QA, support personnel, and other TSS teams and vendors on support of operational systems; consults with users in the development of tests programs using test data and appropriate files; reviews results with users; performs troubleshooting and problem resolution.?Implements, integrates, and provides administration and support for purchased software using department standard best practices, including following department standards for change management and application support.?Demonstrates and further develops knowledge and/or experience in department standard programming/scripting languages and software development platforms and tools to better facilitate application implementation and support of systems/programs that meet Firm requirements.?May be asked to lead multi-disciplinary team to execute small to mid-sized project in lieu of project manager; coordinates communications between project team, TSS, and Firm business leaders; delegates assignments as needed; conducts day-to-day management of staff augmentation resources when required by project teams.?Compares advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives; manages self to Work Breakdown Structures with hours estimates; prototypes and conducts tests of custom and third-party business solutions; prepares system requirements and design specifications/documentation.?Interfaces with and manages vendor deliverables and acts as liaison and primary point of contact for assigned systems/platforms; installs and configures purchased/acquired software packages; performs required integration and scripting tasks required for implementation in the Jones Day technical environment; prepares architectural and workflow diagrams; maintains knowledge of product roadmap.?Provides application and system administration and support; works with and coordinates with other IT services to implement and support applications.?Performs required work outside of normal working hours as deemed necessary to meet the Firm?s objectives.?Responsible for independently maintaining and upgrading skills through ongoing training, education, Firm sponsored educational events, self-study, and collaboration with peers.Salary: $100,000-$125,000We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
