Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Manage the day-to-day front desk operations of the facility. ? Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. ? Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with storage inquiries. ? Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. ? Report all maintenance, safety, and operational concerns promptly to the Operations Manager. ? Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, as well as the property’s overall cleanliness, including the exterior grounds. ? Open and close the office according to company procedures. ? Maintain an accurate cash/change drawer and prepare daily bank deposits. ? Organize, file, and maintain tenant records and required documentation. ? Utilize facility management software to process customer accounts, payments, and other daily transactions. ? Assist with administrative projects, data organization, and general office support as assigned. ? Prepare reports and other documentation as requested by management. ? Insight Global is seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher for one of our religious non-profit clients in Detroit. Under the direction of the Kitchen Manager, the dishwasher, supports the day-to-day operations of the kitchen by ensuing cleanliness and upkeep across all kitchen areas, dining room, bathrooms and surrounding grounds. Job Description:A client is seeking a Civil Engineer III (CE III) with experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater projects to support complex municipal infrastructure initiatives. This role is responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of projects from initial concept through construction and start-up, including preparing cost estimates and coordinating field activities. The engineer will direct junior staff and technical teams in the development and review of plans, specifications, and project deliverables. Additionally, this individual will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure all client requirements and contractual commitments are met. The position requires regular collaboration with internal teams and attendance at client, council, and board meetings, including occasional after-hours engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards across all phases of water and wastewater projects.Projects may include water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, combined sewer overflow facilities, sanitary sewer stations, booster pump stations, transmission and/or distribution mains.Day to Day:? Lead and support water/wastewater projects from start to finish, helping guide designs and seeing projects through construction? Work with a team of engineers and designers, reviewing plans and helping mentor more junior teammates? Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope to keep everything running on track and aligned with client expectations? Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to move projects forward and solve any issues that come up?
