This program is part of a broader regulatory initiative aimed at enhancing liquidity risk management, collateral allocation, and enterprise-wide data integration. The Senior Program Manager is accountable for bringing structure, clarity, and urgency to ensure meaningful delivery ahead of an October regulatory milestone (OSFI).Key Responsibilities? Take ownership of program stabilization and execution? Drive end-to-end program planning, status reporting, and delivery execution? Lead the Operating Model workstream, aligning people, process, and governance? Bring structure to Program governance, Communication and escalation paths? Act as the central source of truth for timelines, risks, and dependencies? Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scope gaps? Ensure issues are escalated appropriately and early? Insight Global is looking for a Senior Structural (Bridge) Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary engineering firm in Peterborough Ontario. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site Peterborough.Reporting to the Structural (Bridge) Department Manager, you will be responsible for projects from inception to completion and provide engineering services supporting various projects. including preliminary project planning, design, and approval of assigned projects.Key Responsibilities:? Involvement in preliminary and detail design.? Identify and solve complex engineering design issues in order to satisfy clients? needs while adhering to applicable policies, practices, and procedures.? Complete preliminary and detailed design calculations in order to support engineering recommendations.? Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules, and execution plans.? Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.? Prepare technical reports.? Liaise with internal and external clients, including staff, clients, agencies, and subconsultants.? Preparation of technical specifications and contract documents.? Manage budgets and project resources, monitoring progress against budget and forecasted schedule.? Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout each project.? Review the work of junior design staff and complete quality control review for internal technical submissions.?
