We are seeking a highly communicative, outgoing Product Owner who brings a strong blend of Product Owner and Business Analyst experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and confidently driving conversations to clarity. This role plays a critical role in translating business needs into delivered solutions across a large, complex enterprise environment.Day-to-day:? Partner with Lines of Business across a Big 5 banking client to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to eForm and eSignature use cases? Act as the primary requirements owner, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for delivery teams? Lead backlog management activities including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, and supporting sprint planning? Drive end-to-end delivery of eForm and eSignature integrations across platforms and processes, ensuring requirements are implemented as intended? Collaborate closely with BAs, designers, developers, QA, and platform teams to support solution design and execution? Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and stakeholder discussions to align on scope, dependencies, and delivery approach? Support system and integration implementations, including validation of data flows, form behavior, and eSignature workflows? Review and validate delivered solutions through UAT and acceptance activities, ensuring alignment to business and compliance needs? Manage change requests, scope updates, and trade-off decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle? Serve as a visible point of contact for stakeholders, proactively communicating status, risks, and delivery progress? Insight Global is seeking a Java Developer to join a development team supporting multiple small-to-medium initiatives within an enterprise environment. Insight Global is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Developer to provide Application Managed Services (AMS) support for a live Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. This role focuses on the technical stability, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM, including Fast Formulas, extracts, and reporting. The role is remote across Canada but the candidate must be able to support the CST time zone. It is a 6 month contract initially with a possibility of extensions.
