The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the acceleration of People & Culture technology by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role leads stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and interviews to gather and prioritize requirements, and develops key project artifacts such as business requirements documents and process maps. With deep subject matter expertise in People & Culture (P&C) functions and a strong understanding of the HRIS landscape, the Senior Business Analyst assesses where global solutions can be applied or adapted to meet local needs. They work closely with global business partners, COEs (P&C Centers of Excellence) and technology teams to align on scope, prioritize requests for implementation and identify risks or compliance considerations. Additionally, they support testing efforts by collaborating with enablement teams (e.g. Technology) and end-users, and support change management efforts. Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) for a 3-month rolling contract (6?8 months total) to support a key AML compliance and transaction platform project. This role is ideally based in Vancouver (preferred), but open to remote candidates in Toronto, with flexibility on time zones. The successful candidate will play a critical role in Phase 2?3 execution, owning the translation of compliance requirements into actionable deliverables while helping guide project execution. The project focuses on building a centralized transaction platform, standardizing incoming partner data, and ensuring alignment with AML and regulatory compliance requirements.
