Retail Operations Lead

Vancouver, BC

The North American Retail Operations Team delivers best in class operational support to the clients NA (North America) Retail Stores. They act as a liaison between the corporate office and stores to deliver key organizational programs, priorities, and objectives. We are responsible for driving retail priorities that ensure any operational issues are quickly prioritized and resolved. The Daily Operations team is responsible for collaborating across the organization to deliver a best-in[1]class experience and create the environment for successful execution of cross functional and ops led initiatives for our retail teamsResponsibilities:* Cross-functional Collaboration + Leadership: Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to align operational and initiative strategies with broader organizational goals and objectives. Provide insights and expertise on operational considerations to inform decision making processes. Responsible for identifying areas for cross-functional collaboration and bringing the right people together to propel work forward* Communicate Effectively: Foster open communication channels with cross-functional teams. Clearly articulate operational needs of the NA Retail Stores, objectives, and priorities to ensure alignment and collaboration* Operational Planning + Timeline Management: Responsible for creating implementation and communication plans across all retail audiences. Work in partnership with the Strategic Planning team to track and calendar all communications and initiative timelines to mitigate risk to store capacity.o Provide options and impacts to cross functional stakeholder and decision makers with a clear recommendation* Written Communication + Resource Management: Responsible for delivering operationally sound written communications and resources for all process updates and initiative implementation in partnership with subject matter experts.* Change management + sustainment: Supporting cross-functional partners in the change management and sustainment of initiatives (ensuring partners have operationally strong change management plans). Supporting partners in checking and verifying initiative delivery via retail feedback channels (responding with solutions accordingly).* Continuous Process + Operational Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.* Problem-Solving: Address any operational issues that arise. Senior Platform Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Senior Platform Engineer to join one of North America’s largest retail and wellness organizations. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of complex platform systems and capabilities spanning multiple teams and services, establishing technical direction for the platform domain including infrastructure patterns, automation standards, and tooling strategies while ensuring solutions meet scalability and reliability requirements. You will make implementation decisions for platform domain including infrastructure design, automation approaches, and technology integration strategies, conduct high-impact reviews focusing on platform quality and long-term maintainability, and establish platform engineering standards adopted across the domain. Accounting Clerk

Vancouver, BC

Our client is an established law firm in Vancouver, is seeking a temporary Accounting Clerk. This is an operational, contract to provide vital support during an upcoming accounting system migration from Soluno to CosmoLex. The firm’s internal accounting team is currently operating at capacity, and this temporary role is designed to handle routine-to-complex operational transactions and clerical functions to help manage the transition workload. Reporting directly to the firm?s two internal accountants, the scope of the role is strictly operational. It focuses entirely on general operating expenses, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and heavy data migration support. This position explicitly excludes any involvement with trust accounting or trust disbursements. The day-to-day functions will heavily depend on the candidate’s level of experience and analytical capability:? Level One Support Focus: Routine clerical tasks, heavy volume data entry, basic data verification, and following highly standardized accounting procedures. ? Level Two Support Focus: More complex data functions requiring judgment, analysis, and data manipulation between systems using Microsoft Excel. ? Migration Specific Work: Exporting financial information out of Soluno into Excel, manipulating and formatting the fields to ensure compatibility (such as transforming a single-line address into separate street name and number fields), and prepping the data for the accountants and outside conversion consultants to upload into CosmoLex. Responsibilities? Input high-volume accounts payable, process vendor invoices, and accurately enter operational financial transactions under general instruction from the accountants. ? Manipulate, sort, and clean accounting data exported from Soluno within Microsoft Excel to ensure compatibility with CosmoLex system requirements. ? Perform meticulous data verification and data entry to ensure accuracy before and after system migration uploads. ? Assist the accounting team with daily operational functions, which may include posting journal entries, reconciling operational reports, and generating operational payments.
