Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of operational facility projects for a public transit organization, driving alignment across timelines, budgets, and operational objectives.This role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages vendor procurement and performance, and conducts on-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes. Key ResponsibilitiesYou must be able to work independently and work within a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks. This includes working with internal teams as well as external suppliers, consultants, manufacturers, vendors, and contractors. Your duties will include:- Evaluate document submissions to the Global Library assessing against the client’s standards, industry best practices, region and international standards.- Apply document management standards and protocols to data sets in a variety of common data environments- Develop and maintain a suite of critical lifecycle documents for the portfolio assets including researching missing resources on legacy sites.- Coordination with BIM, Construction, Design, Field Engineering and Operations stakeholders on lifecycle documentation interfaces and use.- Providing technical support in the Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing fields for customer requests for asset data in these areas including carrying our technical reports, impact assessments and risk and opportunity statements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Design and implement complex enterprise and carrier-grade networks, including Metropolitan, Regional WAN, Data Center, Campus, and Office networksLead network architecture and standards development, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability across the enterpriseArchitect and deploy switching and routing solutions, primarily on Cisco platforms, across large and small environmentsDesign and support optical networking solutions, including raw and lit fiber services (CWDM/DWDM)Plan and execute data center network design and migration initiativesDesign and maintain wireless networks for offices, conference centers, outdoor venues, garages, stadium/bleacher environments supporting large user populationsImplement network segmentation and security architectures using SDN/SDA, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and MerakiDesign fault-tolerant and highly available networks using redundant systems and connectionsLead IP address space planning, allocation, and governanceProvide design oversight for structured cabling and physical infrastructure, including copper, fiber, riser systems, DAS, and CATVCollaborate on construction projects by reviewing and interpreting Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Security, and Building Management drawingsServe as a technical advisor and hands-on contributor across all phases of network lifecycle: design, build, migration, and operationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
