Program Manager

Washington, DC

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight for all technical, schedule, and cost performance associated with a Government Transportation customer. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all program activities are effectively planned, coordinated, and executed in alignment with mission objectives, contractual requirements, and customer expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of complex federal programs, the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, and the leadership skills necessary to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic operational environment supporting the customer. The Program Manager will lead day-to-day program execution while maintaining full accountability for overall program performance. Responsibilities include overseeing program planning, monitoring technical progress, ensuring schedule adherence, and managing resources to meet contractual commitments. The Program Manager will also maintain close engagement with the customer program office and other key stakeholders to ensure transparency, proactive issue resolution, and continuous alignment with evolving program priorities. Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for one of our venture capital firm clients in the DC area. This role will be on site for four (4) days per week.As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager you will play a critical role in supporting our client?s leadership team and owning the day-to-day office experience. This opportunity is a true hybrid role, approximately 60?70% Executive Assistant support and 30?40% Office Management, with heavier office responsibilities during the initial onboarding period. This is an opportunity to build the role, create trusted relationships with newly promoted partners, and become the operational backbone of a collaborative, high-performing team.Executive Assistant Responsibilities (60?70%)? Provide high-level administrative support to two recently promoted partners? Own and manage complex calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups? Handle expenses, travel planning, and itineraries (direct booking)? Support occasional domestic travel (SF, NY, Boston; ~3 short trips per year)? Track priorities and follow up with external companies? Build trusted working relationships and define EA best practicesOffice Manager Responsibilities (30?40%)?
