TS/SCI ISSO Mid

Washington, DC

Insight Global is seeking an ISSO to support a large government customer. This person will work with a team of other ISSOs to verify and authenticate 12-14 ATO packages. This person will be responsible for all steps in the RMF process as well as uploading artifacts to eMASS, updating POAMs and vulnerability scan review. Full Responsibilities include:This person will be responsible for all steps in the RMF process as well as uploading artifacts to eMASS, updating POAMs and vulnerability scan review. Other responsibilities include:? Lead creation and review of System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Plans (SAPs), and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms)? Develop and maintain project risk management, communication, and QA plans related to RMF delivery? Oversee system categorization and control selection based on NIST SP 800-53? Conduct gap assessments, RMF maturity analysis, and draft corresponding reports? Manage production of system boundary CONOPs, including visual security architecture diagrams and data flow visuals? Coordinate cybersecurity policy updates and SOP revisions? Guide monthly/quarterly status reporting and develop lessons learned documentation? A client of Insight Global is seeking 2 Acquisition Analysts to sit in Washington DC. As an Acquisition Analyst, you?ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work on projects for high visibility mission sets critical to national security. You?ll analyze, assess, plan, and support enterprise communication infrastructure and network services acquisitions. You?ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we?ll look to you for your comprehensive knowledge of contracting principles and acquisition planning to the overall management of the acquisition process. You’ll guide the work we do for our mission partner and the solutions we deliver for reliable communications vital to national security. Insight Global is looking to bring on a Business Development/Capture Manager to help grow the portfolio of a Federal client of ours. The Director will be responsible for the following: ?Directly responsible for the profit and loss of a contracts as the prime with subcontractors, to include cost, schedule and performance.?Directly responsible for ensuring contract administration as the prime with subcontractors.?Directly responsible for managing customer-site contractors and company-site representative for Texas-based company.?Develop and implement plans and assure the overall success of project field operations?Responsible for project performance, including identifying and implementing corrective action and ensuring overall contractual compliance and client satisfaction with performance.?Will establish, implement and enforce policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards and relevant laws and regulations.?Understands contractual requirements and executes Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Task Orders, Safety Plans, and other project-related plans and procedures.?Responsible for field operations, other management, staff and sub-contractors; ensuring that they are safely, efficiently and effectively executing contract tasks; facilitates teamwork among project staff; provides direction and supervision as necessary.?Responsible for subordinate management and staff and for recognition and rewards for top performers, fiscal controls and ROI objectives.?Directly responsible for developing new business in the area with annual goal of $1M per year; understands Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, and Consulting Agreements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
