Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Financial Crimes Compliance Procedures Consultant to support the review, enhancement, and documentation of existing BSA/AML compliance procedures. This individual will work with compliance leaders and business stakeholders to update procedures, identify gaps, and ensure documentation accurately reflects current processes and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly assess existing compliance documentation, partner with stakeholders to capture current-state processes, and help build clear, comprehensive procedures that meet regulatory expectations.Responsibilities?Review and update existing Financial Crimes Compliance procedures using a newly established template.?Conduct meetings with stakeholders to validate current processes and gather missing requirements.?Draft and revise procedures related to: oKYC (Know Your Customer)oCustomer ScreeningoPolitically Exposed Persons (PEP)oAlert InvestigationsoPeriodic ReviewsoEnhanced Due Diligence (EDD)?Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.?Provide recommendations on compliance best practices and procedural enhancements.?Ensure procedures align with BSA/AML requirements and current operational practices.?Track updates and maintain documentation within spreadsheets and compliance repositories.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Quality Control Manager will oversee the quality-control program for commercial and federal government construction projects from $1 million to $10 million. You will develop and administer the project?s Quality Control Plan, inspect each stage of construction, document project activity, review plans and submittals, coordinate testing, address quality issues, and manage final inspections and project closeout. They will work closely with Senior Project Managers, the Site Safety and Health Officer, subcontractors, engineers, testing personnel, and government representatives. The position requires balancing quality standards with project schedules and productivity expectations.Primary responsibilities? Develop and administer the project Quality Control Plan following the Army Corps? Three Phases of Control.? Assist the Site Safety and Health Officer with the project Safety Program following EM 385-1-1.? Certify that submittals comply with contract requirements.? Assist subcontractors with developing Activity Hazard Analyses for their definable features of work.? Review plans and specifications for each construction process.? Provide documented evaluations, assessments, and CQC assistance to staff and subcontractor personnel.? Review catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.? Ensure water, soil, material, and mechanical-system testing is conducted by approved personnel or facilities.? Distribute written inspection and testing results to the appropriate agencies.? Ensure preventive and corrective actions are completed promptly.? Help eliminate or minimize recurring quality problems.? Maintain and submit hazardous-material reports to the government environmental office.? Conduct pre-final inspections.? Establish punch lists when required.? Verify that all deficiencies are corrected.? Coordinate and conduct final inspections with government contracting and civil engineer personnel.? Execute project closeout requirements and deliverables.? Verify that project closeout documents are delivered.? Coordinate with Project Managers regarding final payment from the owner.? Ensure project closeout is completed accurately and on time.This is a salary position with annual compensation between $120,000 – $145,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Responsibilities Responsible for all electronic manufacturing engineering development and implementation for productionequipment such as circuit card assemblies, backplanes, cables, and harnesses. Establishes overall manufacturing work instructions and specifications to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements. ? Develop cost estimates for circuit card assemblies, backplanes, cables, and harnesses. Standard labor time and costed bills of materials by evaluating customer?s documentation package.? Resolves technical problems encountered during the production process.? Creates and maintains manufacturing visual aids and routings, bills of material, detailed assembly and inspection instructions, and visual aids as required to process manufacturing orders.? Creates tooling and fixturing to facilitate production.? Monitors the costs, schedules, and performance of major contracts? Review engineering ECO packages for signoff.? Reviews, approves, and/or develops specifications for purchases? Reviews requests for quotation ensuring information is a complete statement of work, quantity, and special instructions.? Evaluates the estimated cost vs. the actual cost of past production orders and correct routing times and BOMs to reflect data accurately.? Responsible for Technology Roadmap for advanced electronics technology.Work Environment This is a full-time position based in the office.
