Insight Global is seeking a qualified Lead Logistician in support of one of our large federal clients. This individual will support configuration management, logistics planning, and life cycle sustainment efforts for Navy electronic and C4ISR systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing critical configuration management documentation, analyzing engineering and technical data, and ensuring logistics products support maintenance and acquisition strategies throughout the system lifecycle.Their day-to-day responsibilities will include developing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Ship Change Documents (SCDs), work file submissions, CDMD-OA queries, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) certifications. The candidate will analyze configuration records across multiple platforms, provide recommendations to engineering teams and stakeholders, develop logistics plans and technical documentation, and support life cycle sustainment activities.?Develop and maintain configuration management products including ECPs, SCDs, work file submissions, CDMD-OA queries, and ILS certifications?Compare configuration records across multiple shipboard and combat system platforms?Analyze technical and engineering documentation and provide recommendations to the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)?Develop logistics documentation supporting maintenance philosophies and acquisition strategies?Ensure logistics products align with life cycle support requirements and Navy standards?Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and testing personnel to support system sustainment and modernization efforts?Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environmentCompensation: $60k – $80k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. This candidate will be part of a team that performs system engineering, system integration, hardware support, and technical and administrative support service. Candidate will provide IT services and support baseline updates, installation services, and system administration services. Candidate will provide services for any and all phases of system engineering, integration and support to ensure customers meet mission goals and objectives. These efforts include the full range of infrastructure design, implementation and integration, including, but not limited to, concept development, planning, requirements definition and analysis, systems design, integration, testing, implementation, deployment, support and sustainment. Ability to track inventory and produce accurate reports. This position is required to be on-site Monday through Friday with the anticipation that very limited weekend work will be required in the future.Essential Job Responsibilities?Working knowledge of Linux, Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, as well as experience working in Virtualized environments (i.e., VMware).?Working knowledge with Active Directory, Remedy, Service Now, or other incident management system.?Provide help desk troubleshooting protocols resolving basic technical issues by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems.?Resolve more complex technical problems through a defined escalation process.?Ability to track inventory and produce accurate reports Compensation: $25-28.85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Insight Global is seeking four Marine Fiber Optic Technicians to support our government client in Norfolk, VA. This candidate will have five years of experience installing, tagging, troubleshooting, and maintaining fiber optic and copper cables and electrical circuits. This candidate will be working with various electrical systems such as radar, communication, navigation, C5ISR, and C4ISR.This role comes with 25% travel responsibilities across various shipyards within the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6 am-2:30pm EST.
