As an admissions specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring each potential student understands our courses, what it takes to be successful, and why our courses are right (or not) for them. In this role, you will drive revenue for our business to grow, scale, and change lives through education. You must act with high integrity, accountability, and curiosity to succeed.ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective remote students efficientlyKnow the organizations’ courses in detail and are one of the inbound points of contact for individuals interested in learning more about our course offerings:oManage a calendar of user-scheduled phone meetings to advise potential learnersoMaintain an upbeat, personable attitude while creating a helpful, welcoming experience for all potential learners.oHelp individuals navigate their path and identify how our highly rated programs can help them achieve their career goals.oAssist the team in achieving enrollment targets by proactively calling prospective learners to advise them on the key benefits of our program, answer their questions, and assist them with enrollment.Conduct outreach campaigns with high-potential candidates generated through a mix of organic channels, lead acquisition, and interest forms.Support optimizing our admission processes to provide an amazing user experience (including, but not limited to, admissions scripts and call flow processes) to drive toward desired goals and outcomes.Manage and record learner interactions during sales and enrollment (keeping accurate records in our CRM system).Compensation: $17-18/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Insight Global is looking for a Senior Network Engineer that includes updating hardware required for maintenance of cloud, network, and telecommunication and any connectivity issues that could crop up, detecting system and application issues, and ensuring the smooth flow of data and voice throughout the organization. This position is remote but the network engineer must be willing to o onsite when needed. Compensation: $50/hr to $72/hr. Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled and motivated SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join a growing QA Automation team. In this role, candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks and scripts that ensure the reliability and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the web, mobile, API, and backend automation, with experience in healthcare systems, Salesforce, and cloud platforms. The role also includes coaching, guiding, and training other teams as we roll out the automation framework across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks to support regression, functional, API and basic ETL testing.Develop automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Apache POI/JXL, Log4j, and ExtentReports.Implement REST and SOAP API testing using Rest Assured and validate responses in JSON and XML.Leverage ODBC libraries for basic ETL testing and backend data validations.Apply the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern for better code organization and maintainability.Build libraries and test classes for Salesforce automation using Selenium and Apex.Develop and maintain mobile test scripts using Appium and Perfecto Mobile Cloud for both iOS and Android.Automate and validate EDI transactions and QNXT-based healthcare workflows.Write complex SQL queries for backend database validation.Use Maven for dependency management and project builds.Manage source code using GitHub and Azure Repos, enabling collaborative development.Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for continuous testing.Collaborate with Agile teams, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Track and manage test cases and bugs using Jira.Develop and maintain Excel-based macros for data-driven testing and test data management.Integrate automated test results with Jira/Xray using APIs to update test execution results and ensure traceability.Coach, guide, and train other development and QA teams to adopt and leverage the test automation framework effectively.Assist in knowledge transfer and documentation to promote framework standardization and best practices across teams.Conduct code reviews on the code created by the QA teams and provide feedback.Maintain and enhance the EDI based solutions created using Excel Macros.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
