Overview: Insight Global’s client is seeking an experienced ewSuperintendent to oversee the field execution of pump station, utility, and heavy civil construction projects. This individual will provide leadership to field teams, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing municipal pump station construction, underground utilities, concrete structures, and mechanical installations.Day to Day: Manage and oversee multiple pump station and civil utility construction projects.Lead all field operations from project startup through completion.Develop and manage schedules, manpower plans, and equipment utilization.Supervise superintendents, foremen, field crews, and subcontractors.Coordinate vendors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.Ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Resolve field issues and conduct regular site inspections.Partner with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, costs, and change orders.Coordinate testing, inspections, commissioning, and startup activities.Oversee installation of lift stations, wet wells, pumps, motors, force mains, gravity sewer, water mains, valve vaults, electrical conduit, mechanical piping, grading, and concrete structures.Maintain project documentation and reporting.Participate in project meetings and enforce company policies.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking for a System Admin onsite in Quantico, VA. The System Administrator is responsible for administration, maintenance, and cybersecurity defense of all client and server infrastructure used to support enterprise-wide modeling and simulation applications and services.The candidate will work in close coordination with other team members and departments to update, monitor and maintain servers and workstations used throughout the enterprise.?Additional duties include performing Microsoft Windows server administration, manage GPOs, create/modify DHCP reservations, patching and STIG?ing, as well as, authoring standard operating procedures, and performing Tier 2 technical support.?Individual must be able to work independently and work within a team.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.Compensation: $50/hr to $57/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
