Secret Program Manager

Virginia Beach, VA

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead systems engineering, development, and integration activities supporting U.S. Navy (USN) shipboard and shore based integrated training systems. This role serves as the primary interface between HII and the government customer and is accountable for all aspects of program execution, technical integration, and stakeholder engagement. This position is based in Virginia Beach, VA.ImpactThe Program Manager ensures successful delivery of complex naval training system capabilities by directing multi disciplinary engineering efforts, maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance, and strengthening long term customer partnerships. This role directly influences program profitability, technical quality, and the readiness of integrated training systems across the Navy fleet.Compensation: $150-160K. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will be provided by the client. Key Job Responsibilities?Lead and manage the operational and technical execution of ongoing engineering and integration projects, serving as the primary liaison among planning, engineering teams, subcontractors, line management, and government customers.?Define overall program scope, systems engineering approach, long range planning, and resource needs; negotiate priorities with internal and external stakeholders.?Establish program milestones and maintain strict adherence to master schedules; identify, assess, and resolve technical, schedule, and resource risks.?Monitor program performance, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics; prepare reporting artifacts; and develop solutions to maintain productivity and customer satisfaction.?Implement mechanisms for tracking technical progress, enabling proactive intervention and timely resolution of issues across functional teams.?Provide workload planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight for engineering, training, and curriculum development personnel.?Ensure all technical deliverables align with contractual, regulatory, and process compliance requirements.?Lead programs from inception through completion, ensuring consistent achievement of cost, schedule, and technical objectives.?Serve as the primary customer interface, conducting briefs, technical discussions, program reviews, and status meetings.?Identify opportunities to expand existing business and deliver enhanced value to government customers.?Lead, mentor, and support internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and quality execution.?Drive continuous improvement and high performance standards across all program activities.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Secret IT Support Specialist

Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join one of our clients in Virginia Beach, VA. The IT Support Specialist supports daily operations of the Global Service Desk (GSD) and provides frontline technical support for enterprise IT systems across multiple secure network environments. This role is responsible for troubleshooting user issues, managing account access, and ensuring system availability in support of mission-critical training and operational activities.The candidate works closely with internal teams, including network, cybersecurity, and engineering support, to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and maintain continuity of operations. Responsibilities include account management, workstation support, system imaging, and ensuring compliance with established security policies and procedures.This position operates in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and may require shift work, on-call support, or participation in operational events.Essential Job Responsibilities?Monitor and manage ticket queues within Jira or equivalent ITSM tools to ensure timely response and resolution.?Troubleshoot user issues related to access, hardware, software, and connectivity across multiple environments.?Process account requests including creation, modification, and deactivation in accordance with security policies.?Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams and track through completion.?Perform workstation imaging, setup, and deployment to support user onboarding and system readiness.?Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and procedures in knowledge base systems such as Confluence.?Support patching, software installation, and system updates as directed.?Coordinate with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to resolve cross-functional issues.?Maintain audit-ready documentation for account management and system activities.?Provide technical support during operational events and high-tempo activities.?Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.?Participate in 24/7 operational coverage, including shift work and on-call rotations as required.Compensation: $25-28/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Insight Global is looking for a System Admin onsite in Virginia Beach, VA. The System Administrator is responsible for administration, maintenance, and cybersecurity defense of all client and server infrastructure used to support enterprise-wide modeling and simulation applications and services.The candidate will work in close coordination with other team members and departments to update, monitor and maintain servers and workstations used throughout the enterprise.?Additional duties include performing Microsoft Windows server administration, manage GPOs, create/modify DHCP reservations, patching and STIG?ing, as well as, authoring standard operating procedures, and performing Tier 2 technical support.?Individual must be able to work independently and work within a team. Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.Compensation: $50/hr to $57/hr.
