Insight Global is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor to join one of our large manufacturing clients in Richmond, VA. This individual will be responsible for leading and developing a team of production employees within a corrugated packaging manufacturing environment. The Corrugator Supervisor will oversee daily operations for an assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are consistently achieved. This position will serve as a key leader on the production floor, driving operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture.Key Responsibilities:? Supervise and lead an assigned shift of hourly production employees in the manufacturing of corrugated board, ensuring production, quality, and safety objectives are met.? Coordinate daily operations by planning work activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient use of personnel and resources.? Train, coach, and develop employees while providing ongoing performance feedback, conducting evaluations, and supporting employee growth and engagement initiatives.? Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork by setting a positive example through leadership, professionalism, and strong operational execution.? Address employee relations matters, resolve workplace conflicts, and administer corrective action when necessary in accordance with company policies.? Communicate operational updates, production goals, performance metrics, and shift information effectively with employees, plant leadership, support departments, customers, and vendors.? Monitor production processes and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.? Support and enforce all company safety, quality, environmental, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procedures.? Insight Global is seeking an HSE Manager to join one of our large manufacturing clients. This individual will be responsible for leading all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at the facility while fostering a proactive safety culture that promotes an injury-free and environmentally compliant workplace. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and partnering closely with regional HSE leadership, this role will drive compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, oversee safety and environmental initiatives, and implement continuous improvement efforts across the site.Key Responsibilities? Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the manufacturing facility by partnering with site leadership and employees to drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.? Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, environmental, regulatory, and company HSE requirements while supporting the execution of corporate HSE programs at the site level.? Manage and maintain site HSE systems, including corrective action tracking, incident investigations, workers’ compensation processes, audits, inspections, documentation, and compliance reporting.? Oversee critical safety and environmental programs, including contractor safety, energy control (LOTO), hearing conservation, chemical management, environmental permitting, and regulatory submissions.? Lead internal and external audits and inspections, assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans to improve HSE performance.? Develop, coordinate, and deliver site-wide HSE training programs, including new hire onboarding, recurring compliance training, and safety leadership development initiatives.? Serve as the primary HSE resource for the facility by driving communication efforts, supporting safety committees, coaching leaders on safety best practices, and promoting sustainable safety leadership tools.? Maintain environmental compliance records, permits, certifications, and reporting requirements, including air, wastewater, stormwater, VOC, Tier II, and other applicable regulatory submissions.? Our client is seeking an engineer to support the following: Review engineering plans, technical studies, permits, and change orders for new or updated projects.Support the design, operation, and maintenance of pipelines and natural gas facilities.Conduct field investigations and inspections to ensure projects meet codes, specifications, and regulations.Update and maintain engineering plans, manuals, forms, compliance records, and other documentation.Evaluate project specifications and identify conflicts; make necessary field adjustments after inspections.Maintain project logs, records, permits, and technical documents; enter data into specialized systems and databases.Prepare and review reports, permit applications, inspection documents, and engineering records.Meet with project coordinators, consultants, and engineering teams to review documents, resolve issues, and support project decisions.Pay rate from $40hr-$47hr.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
