Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join an innovative international law firm client. This individual will play a key role in architecting, maintaining, and securing the firm?s Microsoft-based virtualization, identity, and storage platforms while supporting a highly regulated, mission-critical environment. The engineer is expected to combine deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of security, compliance, and user experience.Responsibilities:?Architect, manage, and support Microsoft Hyper-V clusters, including failover clustering, live migration, and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)?Administer System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) for host management, networking, VM provisioning, and lifecycle operations?Configure and maintain virtual networking (vSwitches, VLANs, QoS, SR-IOV) and optimize host performance?Design, administer, and troubleshoot Active Directory, including GPOs, RBAC models, replication, and tiered access strategies?Manage hybrid identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Connect?Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and system maintenance?Administer Cisco UCS infrastructure and Cisco Intersight, including server profiles, policies, and firmware upgrades?Support and maintain enterprise storage platforms (Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell EMC Unity), including provisioning, performance tuning, and capacity planningThis is a full-time position that is based in NYC ? in the office 2-3 days a week.Compensation $160k-$180k base salaryExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, level of experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity. The Temporary Fleet Administrator ensures central oversight of the organization?s fleet of 24vehicles and collaborativelydevelops and maintains standards and best practices to ensure that safety is the number one priority for approximately 60 full-time or routine drivers. Liaises with all departments that need to operate a vehicle to conduct business.Key Responsibilities: ? Coordinate with other relevant staff, including the Office OperationsCoordinator, to ensure that the fleet of 30 ownedand leased cars, vans, and trucks is efficiently managed? Ensure appropriate vehicle use, insurance requirements, and maintenance schedules? Maintain vehicle records using a tracking spreadsheet? Process payments for tolls, tickets, gas, other expenses? Oversee driver onboarding and offboarding, including assigning training and tracking vehicle keys? Guide staff in need of roadside assistance? Advise on vehicle repairs, assist with identifying mechanics. May occasionally bring cars and vans to the shop, ifapplicable experience.? A large media client is looking for a technical product manager to join the team. This person will focus on how the organization collects and leverages behavioral data from content users, turning that data into meaningful audience segments that support ad sales strategies. You?ll work closely with data engineering, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to define requirements, refine data models, and ensure the business can activate audience insights effectively. Expect to write SQL to validate data, partner with engineering on Snowflake based pipelines, manage epics and stories in JIRA, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
