The Distribution Engineering organization is seeking a Documentation Specialist to capture critical institutional knowledge across teams. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-driven, has strong organizational and communication skills, including strong active listening. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently in a structured environment, and able to learn ConEd-specific systems and standards quickly. This role combines technical writing and business analysis: the Specialist will shadow members of the engineering team, observe and document undocumented processes, capture knowledge, and produce documentation and training that the teams can maintain going forward. The Specialist will use process recording techniques (video, audio, screen capture) and AI/ML tools to accelerate transcription, summarization, and draft generation, while ensuring all final documentation and support materials is reviewed for accuracy and aligned with ConEd standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating highly technical engineering content into clear, structured documentation for a range of audiences. They will operate independently, build trust quickly with senior engineers, and apply a structured knowledge-capture methodology to convert tacit expertise into usable reference material. This role reports directly to the Strategy Manager, Distribution Engineering. Core Responsibilities:? Identify, prioritize, and document key undocumented processes within Distribution Engineering.? Conduct structured shadowing, interviews, and working sessions with subject matter experts. Use process recording tools (video, audio, screen capture) to preserve walkthroughs of complex procedures.? Apply AI/ML-assisted tools (transcription, summarization, draft generation) to accelerate documentation production while maintaining accuracy. All AI-assisted output must be reviewed and validated with the relevant SME before publication. ? Produce baseline documentation in ConEd-standard formats: standard operating procedures, process maps, runbooks, role guides, system overviews, and knowledge transfer documents.? Develop and maintain a documentation backlog with prioritization based on operational impact and process complexity.? Establish a consistent style guide, templates, and storage conventions so the teams can maintain documentation after the engagement ends.? Coordinate with the Strategy Manager on weekly progress, blockers, and prioritization. ? We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a high visibility AI transformation program within the R&D organization of a global life sciences company. This individual will play a critical role in leading a portfolio of interconnected initiatives focused on modernizing how scientific, clinical, regulatory, and development content is created and managed across the product development lifecycle. The program is leveraging Generative AI, cloud technologies, and enterprise content solutions to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and speed to business outcomes. This is not a traditional project management role.
