Remote Central Scheduler

New York, NY

Insight Global is assisting a client in finding remote Central Scheduler for a contract to hire opportunity. This role will perform virtual outreach and engagement with members to schedule appointments with care teams while identifying gaps in workflows and recommending process improvements. The individual will partner closely with market operators, hub directors, and the Scheduling Lead to build, prioritize, and drive adoption of effective scheduling capabilities. Responsibilities: ?Schedules appointments for new and existing members with their care team, including appointments with a primary care provider, nurse, or other care team member?Answers appointment related questions from members and our internal teams?Documents all interactions with members in Commons and/or EHR?Confirms appointments with members and ensures that they are prepared and informed of what to expect during their visit. Compute Engineer, Deployment

Our client is a leading AI infrastructure company building and operating large-scale compute environments that power next-generation AI workloads. Their teams design, deploy, and operate high-performance data center infrastructure at massive scale, with a focus on speed, reliability, and operational excellence.They are seeking a Compute Deployment Engineer to own server and accelerator cluster bring-up from facility readiness through production deployment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of large-scale deployments, and enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges.Responsibilities: Own compute turn-up from facility availability to ready-for-service: the stretch after the network hands off and before customers run workloads.Qualify racks at scale: establish firmware baselines, configure BMC and BIOS, run burn-in, and validate at node and cluster level across hundreds of racks per site on GPU and custom accelerator platforms.Drive qualification through the base-management Kubernetes platform and provisioning stack (discovery, imaging, firmware updates, shared services), burning down qualification queues with tooling rather than manual processes.Triage hardware failures found in qualification: isolate to component, drive RMA and vendor escalation, and feed failure patterns back into qualification gates.Run turn-up remotely by default, with on-site deployments of roughly a week per data hall as new halls reach facility availability, plus occasional overlapping-site engagements.Partner with network deployment, ICT, data center operations, and hardware teams during turn-up windows, and support incident response on newly deployed capacity.Ability to travel 20-30% of the time to data centers and lab environments as needed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Process controls engineer Overview?Is responsible for SCS safety Validations for the assembly automation equipment. Taking direction from GM site controls lead and working with technical issues resolution by implementing common processes and procedures and driving continuous improvement. Work is performed in a GM Tonawanda plant. Work involves controls project management, knowledge with automation systems that interface with IT plant floor systems.Job Responsibilities / Deliverables?Collaborates with IT team to, prioritize and document activities for on floor process equipment.?Coordinate with controls staff engineers and other SMEs for execution resource planning, trainings & development efforts?Provides technical input and guidance to vendors, system suppliers needing interface & support validation efforts.?Lead necessary hardware and software updates needed for architecture & applications?Support plants & execution teams with root cause identification for related issues?Maintain standard documentation, update and maintain training documents with support from other SMEs, & participate in user group meetings?Create & maintain change log sheets, revisions in PLC codes & HMI templates ?Updates to leadership through project reviews, strategic development activities, special projects etc.?Lead development of upgrades in architecture, coordinate and track status?Coordinate with Quality, and ME center process experts for automation equipment integration?Coordinate with Network experts for analysis on Ethernet related issues?Share lessons and knowledge with team for developmental efforts?Self-motivated and ability to multitask, ability to provide technical direction to others face-to-face and remotely?Proven ability in project management skills ?Multiple different ME assignments with successful individual achievements or strong team-based achievements?Elevated level of engineering and critical thinking skills?Elevated level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult?Thorough knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing processes?Effective communication & inter-personal skills?Working Knowledge of plant floor systems including, Production Monitoring and Control, Andon Systems, Upload/Download and Compare, Throughput and Material Call?Prior Work Experience in tooling Systems with knowledge of Common Controls Hardware and Common Controls Software Standards?Working knowledge of Manufacturing related IT systems ?Plant job assignments 2-3 years (desirable)?Demonstrated maintenance of technical competency in relevant field__________________________________________Compensation Starting At: $30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
