Our client is seeking a Service Technician III / Voice Avaya Engineer to support a dedicated airport terminal environment. This role blends Avaya voice engineering, ISP/network support, and hands-on cabling/fiber infrastructure work, with a strong emphasis on Avaya systems.After an initial ramp-up period, this technician will operate independently as the sole technical resource for an assigned terminal, supporting all customers within that space and ensuring high availability of critical voice and network services.Role Breakdown (Approximate Allocation)Voice Avaya Engineering ? 50%ISP / Network Technician Support ? 50%Cabling Infrastructure (Ethernet & Fiber) ? 100%Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Avaya Engineering (?50%)Provide Tier 2/3 support for Avaya Aura Communication ManagerSupport and maintain:Avaya Session ManagerAvaya System ManagerAvaya AAM VoicemailSIP trunking environmentsPerform break/fix troubleshooting, upgrades, and configuration supportRespond to voice-related incidents impacting airport tenants and shared servicesISP / Network Technician Support (?50%)Support ISP-related services and equipment, including Overture and HatterasTroubleshoot network connectivity issues in a multi-tenant airport environmentAssist with service turn-ups, circuit troubleshooting, and escalationsCoordinate with internal teams and service providers as neededCabling & Fiber Infrastructure (100%)Support Ethernet and fiber infrastructure across the terminalPerform fiber tracing, troubleshooting, and break/fix supportAssist with cabling-related upgrades and maintenance activitiesWork hands-on in telecom closets and infrastructure spaces as requiredAdditional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a paid on-call rotation (remote support when applicable)Support after-hours work depending on project needs, including overnight work when requiredWork closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain service continuityOperate independently and take ownership of the terminal?s technical environmentThis is a full time role at 35-45/hr + overtime.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking for a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) for a large AEC firm in Albany, NY to support construction and infrastructure projects through field inspection and quality assurance of welded components. The inspector will perform visual weld inspections, verify compliance with AWS codes and project specifications, review drawings, and document findings in detailed reports. This role requires regular coordination with engineers, project managers, and contractors to address quality issues and ensure structural integrity. Candidates must hold an active AWS CWI certification, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working on active construction sites. Insight Global is looking for an Associate Project Manager (APM) who will provide both task-based assignments and, under supervision, support limited project level management for capital projects and initiatives, from conceptualization through design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out. The Associate Project Manager shall effectively complete all assigned project assignments, take direction from supervisor(s) on soft projects and department initiatives associated with the engineering, design, and construction department goals. Using project management tools and techniques, the Associate Project Manager shall coordinate project scope, schedule and budget requirements with the Planning and Operations departments, design consultants and Contractors. With guidance and direction from supervisors, the Associate Project Manager will lead projects of diverse scope requiring an understanding of current business trends, construction techniques, innovative project delivery methods, thorough knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, core and shell construction as well as rigor in compliance, and the highest standard of care. A self-starting, achievement-oriented focus that fosters a productive team environment while driving projects to successful completion is essential.
