Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Kubernetes Platform Engineer to help build and operate Ecolab?s new enterprise container platform across Azure and AWS. You?ll provision and run production clusters, write Infrastructure as Code, build GitOps CI/CD pipelines, and automate day-to-day operations. A big early focus is standing up Azure AKS from the live AWS EKS model and moving developer-run deployments onto governed pipelines. This is a builder?s role for an engineer who enjoys automating toil and keeping production healthy.Key Responsibilities:? Build & operate clusters: Provision, upgrade, and run production AKS/EKS clusters ? networking, storage, ingress, autoscaling, observability.? Infrastructure as Code: Build and maintain platform IaC with Terraform and Helm.? CI/CD & GitOps: Build and improve pipelines in Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions and ArgoCD (with Kustomize) for the platform and its app teams.? Networking: Implement cluster networking and IP allocation at scale (Cilium CNI).? Automation: Automate cluster lifecycle, patching, cert rotation, scaling, and backups; enable self-service infra (e.g., Crossplane).? Security: Harden clusters to CIS Benchmarks and remediate Mythos vulnerability findings with security.? Applying software engineering to operations, you?ll set service-level objectives, lead incident response and on-call, automate toil, and help migrate Azure-native services toward cloud-agnostic patterns – codifying everything as Infrastructure as Code, building safe delivery pipelines, and hardening to CIS Benchmarks. Success is measured in uptime, fast recovery, and toil removed.Key Responsibilities:? Reliability & SLOs: Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and use them to drive priorities.? Incident & on-call: Lead incident response on-call ? detect, triage, resolve ? then run blameless post-mortems.? Observability: Build and tune monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting (Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).? Insight Global is searching for a Quality Inspector for an industrial manufacturing client.This individual will serve as temporary coverage for a Quality Assurance Technician who is currently on a leave of absence. The Quality Inspector will support manufacturing operations by performing receiving inspections, operator self-inspection (OSI) activities, and product, part, and process audits. This role is responsible for ensuring raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished products meet all applicable quality standards, specifications, and performance requirements before moving through production or to customers.On a day-to-day basis, the Quality Inspector will perform receiving inspections of materials from suppliers and customers, review certificates of conformance and material test reports, conduct in-process product and configuration audits, and support black light inspections as required. This person will work closely with manufacturing personnel to support Operator Self Inspection processes and verify completed products meet performance testing requirements.
