Insight Global is hiring for Electrical Installers for one of our industrial manufacturing clients in Lakeville, MN. These positions are open to support a large incoming order of 168 ovens the team is ramping up to fulfill. Installers will be placed on either the lab line or the main line (main line is the one ramping up for the large incoming order). The role centers on electrical blueprint and schematic reading, panel wiring, and interconnects between the panel and the oven itself (which control oven operation). The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating feed manufacturing equipment to receive raw ingredients and produce high-quality feed according to company specifications. This role supports day-to-day feed mill operations including production, material handling, quality control, housekeeping, and basic maintenance, while adhering to strict safety, PPE, and biosecurity standards. The Product Owner drives the delivery of high-quality analytic products by prioritizing work, shaping user stories, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Acting as the primary liaison to sponsor, the PO ensures clear communication of goals, trade-offs, and progress. They collaborate with developers, analysts, and engineers in Agile teams to build scalable data solutions, maintain domain expertise, and provide consultative support for strategic decisions.
