– Serve as the Product Owner for a dedicated Agile scrum team (typically 10?14 engineers)- Collaborate daily with Engineering Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders- Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and priorities- Refine and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization activities- Partner with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives- Facilitate communication between business and technology organizations- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers while driving solutions forward- Support one of several key Thrivent domains, including:–Transactions, Payments, and Banking–Mutual Funds, Brokerage, and Investment Platforms–Digital Identity and Access Management–Enterprise Document Management Solutions- Act as a collaborative partner to engineering teams, helping deliver business value while maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
