Join the client’s Digital Banking Experience (DBX) team to build a modern, in-house digital banking platform. The Senior Project Manager will lead cross functional, business and IT facing initiatives from initiation through closure, acting as a functional project manager accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination. Sql Data Analyst

Minneapolis, MN

An employer is seeking a highly skilled Sql Data Analyst to join one of our largest national financial services clients for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role you?ll join a growing team of 20 and work to analyze data and gather requirements for an upcoming application development project supporting a large new client onboarding initiative. This team is currently tasked with reimagining what new client onboarding looks like internally. They are still in the early stages of this initiative, and no requirements have currently been gathered for this project; therefore, you must be comfortable hitting the ground running and working cross functionally to link business requirements with data on the backend. This role is technical in that you?ll be required to pull data from their SQL database and must be comfortable writing SQL queries from scratch. This project is primarily backend, with little front end reporting required. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for conversion or extension after the initial 6 months. This team goes on site 4 days per week to their location in downtown Minneapolis, therefore you must be comfortable commuting to their downtown location. Most people work from home on Fridays. Currently this team is comprised of 20 people, and located in Minnesota, Canada and India.Responsibilities:- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets- Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data insights- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements- Document data structures, processes, and analysis methodologies- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business teams- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
