?Communicates professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to coordinate equipment deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.?Assists with the setup and installation of rented equipment and ensures proper documentation is completed.?Provides training to authorized operators and/or customers on the safe and effective use of rental equipment.?Ensures all paperwork is accurately completed, including tracking serial numbers and customer signatures.?Troubleshoots equipment issues and demonstrates a strong understanding of the operation, specifications, and controls of rental units.?Inspects, cleans, and tests returned equipment to ensure proper function and appearance.?Assists with installation of flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications, following safe procedures for checking gas connections.?Collaborates with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate inventory records and equipment tracking.?Participates in on-call rotation for emergency service support, including evenings and weekends, as needed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking to hire a laboratory technician for a client of ours in the New Berlin, WI area. Below are general responsibilities. ? Complete laboratory testing on all incoming samples in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner; ensure sample turnaround time goals are met or exceeded.? Sample preparation, processing detection sponges, plate reading.? Responsible for preparatory processing of incoming samples, in compliance with all applicable standard operating procedures and quality systems.? This role spans all major automotive subsystems?including mechanical, electrical, fuel, and chassis?and involves advanced diagnostics, custom integration, and performance validation.The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong independent problem-solving ability, and a craftsmanship-driven mindset. Experience with classic European vehicles, particularly Porsche, along with EFI, Bosch fuel systems, and electrical diagnostics, is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Build, Repair & Integration? Perform full vehicle tear-downs, assemblies, repairs, restorations, and upgrades? Execute subsystem and component-level work, including suspension, brakes, powertrain installation/removal, tire mounting and balancing, and interior installation/removal? Install custom, add-on, and specialty equipment using appropriate methods and locationsDiagnostics & Performance? Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, and performance issues using advanced diagnostic tools? Test, evaluate, and validate vehicle systems and performance data? Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and system functionalityCollaboration & Planning? Collaborate with body, fabrication, interior, and project management teams to ensure system integration?
