Insight Global is looking for a Civil Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on large-scale civil construction project at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin. This individual will be responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, equipment, safety, quality, and project schedules while ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience leading site development, earthwork, grading, utility, concrete, and paving operations and will serve as the primary field leader for construction activities. This is a fully onsite role 5 days a week. Responsibilities?Manage and supervise daily field operations from project start through completion?Direct labor crews, operators, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure safe and productive work execution?Coordinate construction sequencing and work activities to maintain project schedules?Monitor workforce productivity and equipment utilization?Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards?Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce OSHA, and company safety requirements?Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and Inspectors?Review work plans, schedules, and manpower requirements?Identify and resolve field issues that may impact project progress?Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination?Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updatesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Personal Lines Policy Specialist reviews data and correspondence for new submissions and existing policies by verifying information is accurate and complete. Processes changes and updates to the policy according to company policies and procedures. Consistently meets expectations for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
