A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Rehab Director to lead therapy operations within a skilled nursing and/or assisted living setting in the Dousman / Oconomowoc area. This individual will serve as the on-site leader for rehabilitation services, overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy teams while driving high-quality patient outcomes and team performance.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a licensed PT or OT who is passionate about developing teams, optimizing clinical operations, and delivering excellent care in a post-acute setting.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily therapy operations across a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT, OT, COTA, Speech)Mentor and develop clinical staff, fostering a strong, collaborative team environmentEnsure delivery of high-quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes across adult and geriatric populationsOversee productivity, scheduling, and overall therapy performance within the facilityPartner with facility and regional leadership to drive operational excellence and maintain complianceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Project Manager. This position will be located on-site at one of their data-center clients. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the data center space.
