Job Description: ?This Transportation Project Manager role leads MDOT and local agency transportation projects across Michigan from planning through design delivery. You?ll serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships while overseeing project scope, budget, schedule, and quality. The position involves directing multi-discipline teams, coordinating across offices, and ensuring all deliverables meet MDOT standards and internal quality procedures. You?ll monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and review technical work to ensure accuracy and completeness. In addition, you?ll support business development efforts, including proposals, client meetings, and helping win new work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PE who enjoys leading teams, owning projects end-to-end, and building strong client partnerships.Day to Day:? Serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading meetings and managing communication throughout the project lifecycle? Manage multiple MDOT and local agency projects from kickoff through design, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget stay on track? Coordinate and lead multi-discipline teams (roadway, traffic, drainage, etc.) to deliver high-quality project work? Monitor project performance, including budgets, staffing, schedules, and forecasts, and proactively address risks or issues? You?ll develop signal designs, signing and pavement marking plans, and maintenance of traffic (MOT) strategies, using tools like Synchro, VISSIM, and SIDRA to model and analyze traffic flow. The role involves close collaboration with roadway design teams and project managers to integrate traffic solutions into MDOT projects. You?ll also review plans and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, while preparing reports, cost estimates, and project schedules. In addition, you?ll support field reviews and construction-phase traffic needs, helping ensure projects are implemented safely and effectively. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert, delivering clear, data-driven solutions that improve road safety and traffic efficiency. ?Day to Day:? Perform traffic engineering studies and analysis to evaluate roadway performance, safety, and traffic flow? Design traffic signals, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic (MOT) plans for MDOT projects? Use tools like Synchro, SimTraffic, VISSIM, or SIDRA to model traffic conditions and support design decisions? The Network Upgrade Technician will be responsible for supporting Domino?s new network upgrade initiative. The Network Upgrade Technician will call Domino?s stores and walk the store point of contact through how replace routers and plug in switches, ensure that everything is properly updated on the network profile, and verify that everything is working properly. The network upgrade needs to be complete across all stores by October 2026. The stores are moving from non-managed switches to managed switches. In summary, the Network Upgrade Technician will help run manual processes the day of the network upgrade.$18/hr – $21/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
