The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the preparation, review, negotiation support, administration, and maintenance of contractual documents throughout the contract lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, clients, procurement teams, and legal departments to ensure contractual compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of agreements. The Contracts Administrator manages Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), contract modifications, and change requests while maintaining contract records and supporting procurement activities.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, edit, and maintain contracts, amendments, SOWs, service agreements, and other contractual documents.Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and procurement standards.Track contract milestones, renewal dates, deliverables, and expiration dates.Maintain accurate contract files and documentation within contract management systems.Target hourly pay rate is: $50-55/HR.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Supporting and communicating with the legal function of the business, using Process Unity and IntelAgree – legal tools.? Day-to-Day:? Be onsite daily to monitor contractor activity and enforce safety compliance? Issue safety permits and conduct routine worksite safety audits? Provide weekly audit reports with photo documentation? Lead investigations for any safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented?
