Insight Global is looking for remote QA Lead with ERP experience. This person will be leading and mentoring a team of 12 QA Analysts globally. They will be managing the recent go live of greenfield implementations while being able to partner on the new enhancements that are evolving alongside the team. They will be supporting and leading the team of 12 QA Analysts across CRM, e-commerce, and ARP teams. This individual will be collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Engineers, and stakeholders to clarify the requirements and understand gaps. Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a HR Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Boston, MA. The role involves undertaking a variety of HR duties whilst seeking to continuously improve upon already established processes and procedures. This position provides guidance and consultative hands-on support, promoting positive employee relations. This includes compliance of global and local processes, interpretation of policies and procedures and counseling managers and employees. The scope reflects the national and international framework and business environment in which they operate. Key responsibilities: ?Manage day to day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities (hiring, onboarding, off boarding). ?Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR related inquiries. ?Support recruitment by managing job postings and open roles in the ATS. ?Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and salary updates in collaboration with HRBP, Payroll, and Total Rewards. ?Maintain accurate HRIS data, reports, and analytics to support decision making and workforce planning. ? A global biotechnology client in the Greater Boston area is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist to play a key role within the Cell Manufacturing team. You will be responsible for supporting the clinical product manufacturing for all operations related to the development of a cell therapy drug. On a day to day, you will be conducting media prep, and facilitating the technology transfer and final process development in a cGMP clean room environment.Shifts – Must be comfortable with OT potential.-Wednesday – Saturday – 12:30 -11:00pm -Wednesday – Saturday , 7:00am-2:30pmCompensation: $37.00/hr to $43.00/hr.
