We are seeking an IAM Analyst to support enterprise Identity & Access Management operations on a 24×7, 365 Global Service Desk for a law firm. This individual will focus on core authentication support, access security, and IAM validation processes while working across both on-prem Active Directory and cloud-based Microsoft Entra ID / Azure environments. We will provide all necessary equipment needed for the role. You will accrue up to 10 days PTO, and paid holidays (you can also volunteer to work holidays as needed). IAM shifts – (listed in EST but can sit anywhere). You have an hour lunch break and two 15 min breaks, otherwise you are logged in to your monitor. 12am-9am EST – Thu-Mon6am-3pm EST – Fri-Tues8am-5pm EST – Mon-Fri12pm-9pm EST – Tue-Sat4pm-1am EST – Sat-WedKey Responsibilities:Core Authentication Support-Handle password resets, account unlocks, and MFA enrollment/troubleshooting-Provide Tier 1?2 support for authentication and access-related issues-Troubleshoot login failures, access denials, and identity-related incidents Access & Identity Security-Validate user entitlements and ensure least-privilege access controls-Support identity lifecycle processes (joiner / mover / leaver workflows)-Assist in building and enhancing employee identity validation processes- Participate in access reviews and certification activities Escalation & Testing-Validate IAM-related escalations before routing to IAM engineering or SOC teams- Support IAM system testing related to security threats and vulnerability assessments- Monitor IAM systems for anomalies and assist with reporting and remediation efforts Operational IAM Support-Administer users, groups, and permissions within Active Directory and Entra ID-Fulfill access requests and ensure proper approvals and documentation-Maintain clear documentation for IAM processes, policies, and troubleshooting-Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teamsCompensation:$28/hr to $35/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Insight Global is seeking a remote senior Cloud Identity Security Analyst (CIEM) to join a global consulting firm. This person will help reduce identity-based risk across the enterprise by turning identity and entitlement visibility into clear risk decisions and practical remediation actions. This position will be focused on identity intelligence, risk prioritization, and measurable risk reduction. You will own triage for identity findings (including privileged access and non-human identities), partner with technical and business teams to resolve issues, and build repeatable playbooks that improve quality and speed over time.Key Job Duties Include: -Triage identity and entitlement findings across human and non-human identities-Classify findings using risk criticality, context, and noise reduction-Identify drivers of identity risk, including excessive privilege and toxic combinations-Translate graph-based identity insights into clear, plain-English risk narratives-Recommend remediation actions such as access right-sizing and privilege restriction-Partner with IAM, cloud security, application owners, and GRC to drive closure-Track remediation through completion and validate measurable risk reduction-Build and maintain playbooks, escalation criteria, and severity thresholdsCompensation:$13/hr to $17/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
