Insight Global is seeking a Senior Inspector to support a major municipal utility infrastructure project involving roadway, sewer, storm drainage, pump station, and force main improvements. This individual will serve as the Owner’s Representative, providing construction oversight, reviewing field activities, coordinating RFIs with the Designer of Record, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive inspection experience on municipal infrastructure projects, strong client-facing communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a small team of construction personnel. Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Operations Engineer to join a premier law firm client. The sr. engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the firm’s enterprise infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments. The role will focus on operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, automation, and supporting strategic technology initiatives.Day-to-day responsibilities may include the following:?Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the firm’s IT infrastructure and enterprise systems?Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud environments, including servers, applications, virtualization platforms, and supporting infrastructure?Partner with IT leadership to develop and enhance operational strategies, standards, policies, and best practices?Design, implement, test, and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity?Monitor system health, collect operational metrics, and identify opportunities for performance, reliability, and security improvements?Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, software, and hardware issues?Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and service delivery?Participate in a rotating 24/7 Tier 3 on-call support schedule for critical incident response and escalation managementThis is a full-time position that can sit fully remote in the US, working EST hours (9am-5pm EST).Compensation – $175k-$215k base salary Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
