The Assistant will be helping around the site with various ad hoc tasks and will be training to take on more operational roles.?Ability to write simple programs for short run parts using sketches, blueprints or shop drawings, or with supervisory approval, edit existing programs to expedite jobs and improve work quality?Calculate and layout reference points, angles, and other dimensions from sketches, blueprints, or shop drawings using shop mathematics, including geometry and trigonometry?Plan operational sequences, determine method of holding work, and select parts required in conformance with exact tolerances as dictated by drawings, sketches, or other authorizing documentsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Coordinator to support a high-volume lease administration team within a Fortune 500 healthcare organization. This role focuses on executing critical administrative functions related to lease agreements, landlord communication, and real estate data management.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow long-term within a stable, enterprise environment.Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage and update landlord ownership and address changes within internal systems- Partner with Lease Analysts to support lease administration operations and reporting- Coordinate and execute mailings for lease renewals and official communications- Maintain accuracy of lease data in real estate systems (e.g., ownership details, rent information, address records)- Run and review check pull lists; identify ownership changes and coordinate pulling or reallocating payments when needed- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates across multiple systems- Generate and analyze reports from lease/real estate databases- Communicate with landlords and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy- Support general administrative functions that contribute to the efficiency of the lease administration teamWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
