Mid Level Frontend Engineer ? Canvas Components & Property Panels (React Flow)

Woonsocket, RI

Experienced individual contributor responsible for building and maintaining the React Flow node component library and the schema-driven property panel system that powers the visual workflow authoring canvas. This role makes the day-to-day experience of authoring and editing nodes feel fast, predictable, and correct for the AA delivery community migrating Medicare claims bots to Temporal workflows.This role supports a strategic platform initiative within Medicare Claims Engineering to migrate the existing Automation Anywhere RPA portfolio onto a modern, code-and-config-driven workflow platform built on Temporal.io, Python/Playwright, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Workflows are visually authored on a custom React Flow canvas that emits versioned configs executed by Temporal workers. The platform operates under HIPAA governance.Key Responsibilities?Build and maintain the custom React Flow node component library covering the core node types (Oracle query, REST, LLM gateway, SOAP, browser automation) and composite-node patterns.?Implement the property-panel generation pipeline that turns Zod schemas into form UIs, including conditional fields, dependent validation, and reusable input controls.?Implement typed-edge validation: visual indicators for type-incompatible connections, hover affordances, and inline error/warning surfaces on nodes.?Build scaffolding tooling for new node types so adding a node is largely schema-driven rather than hand-rolled.?Maintain a Storybook catalog for the node library, including stories for all validation states.?Contribute to the QuickBase-to-canvas translator UI by rendering proposed workflow graphs and surfacing translator confidence and gap signals on each node.?Performance tune at the component level: profile slow renders, memoize selectors, and minimize React Flow recompute on edits.?Follow engineering standards set by the Canvas Lead (TypeScript strictness, accessibility, testing) and partner with the backend team on the schemas that drive node configuration.?Mentor mid-level engineers on React component patterns and React Flow internals; participate in design and code reviews.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Advanced Analytics Manager

The Advanced Analytics Manager will launch and lead an Insurance companies Analytics Development Program, designed to attract, develop, and mentor top analytics talent and build a scalable enterprise pipeline. This role will build the program from the ground up?designing the rotational experience, driving end-to-end execution, and partnering with colleges and internal business units to deliver meaningful business value. In close partnership with the Strategic Analytics AVP and Chief Data Officer, the Advanced Analytics Manager will also lead enterprise analytics enablement, owning activities such as analytics town halls, hack-a-thons, learning modules and micro-courses, and best-practice sharing to elevate analytics capability and adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong program and people leader who brings structure and execution discipline, accelerates early-career talent through hands-on coaching and feedback, and has the technical credibility to review analytic work and guide junior team members. They combine strong business acumen (insurance experience preferred) with an analytics mindset focused on driving decisions and outcomes, not just producing information. Responsibilities: Analytics Development Program Leadership: Launch and lead the Analytics Development Program, building the program from the ground up, including program structure, rotations, curriculum, evaluation criteria, and operating cadence. Own end-to-end program execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and outcomes are consistently delivered with high quality and transparency. Design and manage a multi-pathway analytics talent pipeline, including interns, early-career hires, and internal upskilling and reskilling participants. Enterprise Analytics Enablement: Lead enterprise-wide analytics enablement activities to elevate overall analytics capability and adoption across company.Plan and facilitate analytics town halls, learning modules and micro-courses, hack-a-thons, and best-practice sharing forums. Partner with analytics and business leaders to identify priority skill gaps and ensure enablement activities are aligned to business needs and strategic goals. Talent Development & Technical Coaching: Mentor, coach, and develop early-career and rotational analytics talent, accelerating skill development through structured learning, feedback, and practical application. Provide technical coaching and review, guiding junior team members on coding practices, analytic problem-solving, and predictive modeling approaches to improve rigor and quality. Establish clear development expectations, assess progress, and ensure participants are job-ready and positioned for long-term success. ross-Functional & Executive Partnership: Partner closely with the Strategic Analytics AVP and Chief Data Officer to shape program direction, priorities, and enterprise analytics enablement strategy. Collaborate with business leaders to identify rotation opportunities, high-value projects, and meaningful analytics use cases. Deliver clear, executive-ready communications on program progress, outcomes, and enterprise analytics capability growth. External Engagement & Brand Building: Serve as a visible ambassador for Amica?s analytics capability and talent pipeline, representing the organization with colleges and universities. Support recruiting efforts through campus engagement, events, and relationship building to attract top analytics talent. Continuous Improvement & Measurement: Define and track success metrics for both the development program and enablement initiatives.
