Day-to-DayInsight Global is seeing a Product Manager to support a large health insurance client. This role sits within a Medicare Technology Digital Product organization and focuses on a Stars-focused data platform that enables analytics, insights, and decision-making across Medicare initiatives. The Product Manager will work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and platform teams to determine where effort should be invested, ensuring data is ingested, managed, and leveraged in ways that deliver the highest business and member value.This role is less execution-heavy from a Product Owner standpoint, but requires strong product thinking, prioritization, and value-based decision-making.Own product direction and prioritization for a Medicare Stars data platform, determining which data initiatives and efforts deliver the greatest value.Partner with teams of data analysts, data engineers, and platform engineers to guide data ingestion, transformation, and management efforts.Work closely with data teams to ensure data readiness, availability, and quality across multiple data sources.Support Member 360 initiatives, helping ensure comprehensive data is available to support analytics, insights, and downstream decision-making.Think strategically about how data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities can support Stars performance and member experience initiatives.Translate business and analytical needs into clear product direction, balancing technical feasibility with impact and value.Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, analytics, and business teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.Operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and complex data dependencies. $50-60/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator with strong data experience to support small-scale IT and data initiatives. This individual will work closely with 1?2 IT managers to intake business requests, define requirements, coordinate development/testing cycles, and ensure projects stay on track through short life cycles. Ideal candidates have a blend of project coordination fundamentals and hands-on familiarity with data environments.Compensation: $30-40/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Job OverviewThe z/OS Systems Engineer is responsible for day-to-day production support and engineering of mainframe systems, as well as project-related activities. This role ensures stability, performance, and security of z/OS environments while collaborating with managed service vendors across engineering, operations, and application support. Responsibilities include managing operating systems, hardware, and software; integrating with distributed/cloud platforms; and performing performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing.Day-to-Day Responsibilities? Install, configure, and maintain z/OS and related software components.? Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and optimize for efficiency.? Implement and manage security measures (RACF/Top Secret).? Troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe issues.? Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for integration and performance analysis.? Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.? Develop automation scripts using REXX, Python, and tools like Ansible.? Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.? Support application developers in optimizing mainframe applications.? Occasionally work outside normal business hours for critical tasks.Key Responsibilities? Maintain and improve mainframe stability and security.? Lead integration efforts between mainframe and distributed/cloud systems.?
