We are seeking experienced Solutions Architects / Solution Engineers to join a large healthcare company and support a high-visibility initiative focused on the commercialization of specialty products.This role sits at the intersection of architecture and engineering, requiring individuals who can design end-to-end solutions while also contributing to implementation. The team is evolving from a traditional architecture function into a more hands-on solution engineering group, focused on delivering scalable, business-driven technology solutions.Key Responsibilities?Design and architect end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and database layers (?cradle-to-grave? ownership)?Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with business and engineering stakeholders?Contribute to solution implementation, including light hands-on development and technical execution?Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes?Collaborate with engineering teams to package and deploy solutions into production?Identify patterns and build repeatable solutions for common business problems?Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical strategy discussions?Balance architectural thinking with execution?ensuring solutions are both well-designed and deliverableCompensation:$60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. ?Own and manage the team backlog: oWrite, refine, and prioritize user storiesoEnsure alignment to broader product strategy and roadmap?Lead Agile ceremonies: oBacklog grooming, sprint planning, refinement sessions?Partner closely with Engineering & Design to: oClarify requirementsoEnsure quality and acceptance criteria are met?Support end-to-end delivery: oTesting, release planning, and post-release monitoring?Monitor product performance & team metrics: oIdentify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement?Act as a bridge between strategy and execution: oTranslate product vision from senior leadership into actionable work?Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives/epics?Present product demos and updates to stakeholders?Incorporate customer and client feedback into product enhancementsDay-to-day will vary slightly by focus area:?myOfferings: oFocus on enrollment workflows, UX, and client-facing platform enhancements?Formulary/UM Modernization: oWork on data ingestion, migration, and authoring workflows?Formulary/UM Modularity & Automation: oDrive automation of drug coverage rules and claims adjudication logicWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
