Summary:The Project Assistant supports project and program teams by ensuring efficient project delivery, document control, and administrative processes. This role works closely with project managers to track schedules, budgets, contracts, proposals, and client deliverables while maintaining accurate project data in internal systems. The coordinator/assistant supports proposal development, change orders, reporting, and client communications to help drive a positive client experience. Additionally, they monitor project milestones, support operational teams, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects. Insight Global is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to support a large health insurance client of ours. As a Senior Project Management Leader, you will lead the adoption and execution of agile practices across teams, ensuring the effective implementation of the Scrum framework. You will lead and manage one or more projects/initiatives and be responsible for end-to-end delivery leveraging your project management skills as well. Your role focuses on creating an environment that enables team success, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. While this is a senior-level position, it is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, meaning you will influence and guide teams without direct people management responsibilities.
