A state agency is seeking a Software Application Developer to join their team in Hartford, CT onsite twice per week. This resource will be joining a project team and directly support a major legacy to cloud modernization initiative by implementing and maintaining both server-side and user-interface components within a .NET Framework 4.8 environment using Visual Studio 2022. This full-stack role involves developing csharp and ASP.NET MVC applications, building Razor-based UI features, and managing background jobs and scheduled tasks while leveraging Entity Framework or ADO.NET for direct database integration. The developer will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and data engineers to analyze requirements, document technical designs, collaborate on ETL/SSIS processes, and validate data flows across Azure SQL/SQL Server systems. Responsibilities include optimizing performance, applying secure coding practices, supporting operational diagnostics, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments within Azure DevOps. Our Healthcare Insurance client is looking for a remote Product Owner that has a strong background working with Web and Mobile Development Teams, identity & access management, Multi-Factor Authentication for a external customer facing web and mobile. This team supports the non-member (brokers, employers, providers, Medicaid, supplemental insurance, etc.) population of a large insurance companies flagship member portal. As a Product Owner you will work in a fast-paced environment and will carry the responsibility to manage an important part of a digital services and data platform. This role focuses on identity and access management. These are largely API-based services, so a technical background is highly desired.You will be guiding scrum teams with representation from architecture, engineering, product management and others. This role affords you the opportunity to expand your skills by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds. You will be contributing to building identity capabilities that are a critical part of our health care platform. Compensation: $45- 55/hr.
