This individual will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of capital utility projects through schedule management, cost tracking, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. The Project Controls Specialist will partner closely with project managers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to maintain project visibility, identify risks and variances, and ensure projects remain on track from both a schedule and budget perspective. The Desktop Support Technician will provide project based support to all corporate end users across the enterprise. Project based responsibilities include imaging, hardware/software upgrades, user builds in Active Directory, data transfers and machine configurations. This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level candidate looking to get into a large corporate environment. We are seeking individuals with great communication skills who are eager and hungry to grow with a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork and the ability to build productive relationships with peers. This individual will sit onsite 5x/week. Additional responsibilities include: ?Assists in imaging process and provisioning of applications?Provides day-to-day support for end users desktop issues (hardware/software)?Effectively manage workload, must be well organized?Provide outstanding customer support in a timely, and efficient manner by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and requests within service level?Experience using computer hardware and software applicationsoMaking boxes, boxing computers, knowing the correct accessories to includeCompensation: $22/hr to $24/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
