Insight Global is seeking a remote Senior Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise healthcare payer and provider integration applications using Java and Spring Boot. They will develop and support integrations using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), build and maintain REST APIs, services, and integration components, and troubleshoot application issues across upstream and downstream systems. This resource will participate throughout the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. They will write clean, scalable, and maintainable Java code, perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and defect resolution, and collaborate with application, integration, QA, infrastructure, and business teams. This role will focus on supporting transmission interconnection projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping ensure the successful interconnection of projects to the transmission grid.Responsibilities include managing multiple interconnection projects, supporting generator interconnection activities, developing and administering contracts and agreements, interpreting transmission planning study results, coordinating project deliverables, and working across engineering, regulatory, and business teams. The Desktop Support Technician will provide project based support to all corporate end users across the enterprise. Project based responsibilities include imaging, hardware/software upgrades, user builds in Active Directory, data transfers and machine configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork and the ability to build productive relationships with peers. This individual will sit onsite 5x/week.
