We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support badge creation and access control administration. This role is heavily focused on manual data entry, badge development, photo processing, and tracking employee information across systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in Excel and Microsoft Office, and able to manage repetitive, detail-driven tasks while coordinating progress across two sites.Key Responsibilities? Develop employee badges by inputting required information into badge systems and printing physical badges? Perform manual data entry by transferring information from Excel documents into an access control database? Create and update employee profiles within the access control system, ensuring accuracy and completeness? Track data, badge status, and overall progress using Excel and PowerPoint? Collect, add, and submit employee photos into the access control database? Use a background removal application to standardize employee photos prior to uploading? Take and process photos as needed, ensuring a consistent and professional background? Maintain organized records and monitor progress across two different sites? One of our largest utility clients is seeking a highly skilled Visualization Power BI Specialist to transform complex operational and Energy Services data into clear, compelling, and decision-ready insights. This role sits within a collaborative, cross-functional team supporting various departments and operations but not limited to, Electric Operations and Energy Services, where a strong understanding of how data reflects real-world programs, customer activity, and regulatory workflows is critical. The team manages end-to-end processes across internal and external systems, ensuring customer filings are accurately tracked, business rules are followed, and system enhancements effectively support both users and operations.This is a newly created role focused on elevating how data is consumed across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong, proven skillset in Power BI, with the ability to take large, complex datasets and convert them into intuitive, visually compelling dashboards that are easy to digest and immediately actionable. Success in this role requires more than technical capability, the individual must understand the Energy Services business, ask the right questions, and translate data into meaningful insights that resonate with both operational teams and leadership.
