A client of Insight Global is looking for a remote Financial Analyst II to join a major healthcare system on their treasury team. This financial analyst will be doing a mixture of analytical and accounting work. They will be working with the patient accounting/billing office in order to mesh what deposits they are posting into the general ledger, bank, and AR system. Their goal is to keep everything balanced in all 3 systems. This FA will work heavily in their cash application management system (CAMS) and work to reconcile cash postings/data trends. They will also work on forecasting data, analyze trends, conduct deep data dives, reconcile banking transactions/statements as well as credit card statements. This analyst needs to be able to work comfortably within Excel and be able to analyze and reconcile data. This role will include a lot of analysis, reconciliation, some accounting work, critical thinkings, project work and more. Additional job functions include:?Applies the principles and practices of financial analysis, as well as account reconciliation.?Researches and analyzes financial, banking and patient billing data and trends as requested to assist in accurate bank reconciliation and smooth patient billing operations.?Prepares status and financial reports and provides cross-team multi-facility support for internal customers.?Conducts and documents financial analysis projects in the department.?Prepares accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.?Ensures completeness, accuracy, and integrity of databases, mappings, and reference tables within the cash application software system.?Works with Information Systems and software vendor to resolve system issues.?Manages, updates, and maintains system documentation.?Assists in educating end users of system features, capabilities, and enhancements as they become available.?Completes a limited amount of journal entries as necessary when reconciling banking activityCandidates must reside in NC, SC, or GAWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Day to Day:?Responsible for printed circuit board (PCB) designs from conception to manufacturing beginning on day one?Responsible for library part creation, schematic capture, component placement, routing, and gerber / ODB++ files?Responsible for documentation using Altium Designer and other tool sets. ?Create designs to include PCBs as well as flex and rigid-flex assemblies?Responsible for daily interface with electrical, mechanical and producibility engineering disciplines to ensure the overall design requirements are captured and accomplished?Responsible for providing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems?Understanding wide applications of technical theories and concepts in the field of PCB design and manufacturing?Capture existing schematics (currently in tif files), PCB board layout, reverse-engineering documentation (hardware only will be provided)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Day to Day: Create accurate component models (CAD symbols and models) in electronic CAD systems, ensuring compliance with Collins Aerospace standards and practices. ?Develop electrical schematic symbols, PCB layout component models, and land patterns using tools such as Mentor Xpedition EDM Library, Cadence Allegro Library Manager, Altium Designer, or other enterprise library management systems. ?Load appropriate attribute data into several enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and availability. ?Self-check work to meet part requirements and guidelines for fabrication, assembly, and testing of circuit card assemblies.? ?Documentation and Deliverables Generate and deliver design documentation, including but not limited to: Gerber files ODB++ files Harness drawings using supported design tools (e.g., Altium Harness Draftsman or equivalent).? ?Provide reverse-engineered documentation for hardware-only designs provided by Collins Aerospace.? ?Maintain and deliver updated and validated library components for long-term use.? ?Interpret component drawings and specifications to produce accurate CAD symbols and models.? ?Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and producibility engineering disciplines to ensure design and library requirements are comprehensively captured and executed.? ?Establish and maintain relationships to resolve issues and identify missing data, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. ?Provide Technical Expertise and Problem-Solving Apply technical expertise to provide solutions for complex PCB designs, including placement, routing, auto-router usage, and constraint management. ?Utilize reference documents and apply information to decision-making processes. ?Other scope as required.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
