Day-to-Day:?Spend ~60% of time:oLoading and evaluating products/units during productionoPartnering with suppliers on materials, quality, and industrialization issuesoCoordinating with production teams on forecasting and planning needs (3?6 months out)oAnticipating demand and ensuring readiness ahead of production cyclesoManaging finished goods flow and outbound coordination?Spend ~40% of time:oSupporting production teams by answering technical questionsoTroubleshooting and resolving manufacturing and process issuesoCollaborating with welders, fabrication teams, and operatorsoDriving continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives?Additional responsibilities:oAnalyze and improve workflows to increase throughput and outputoApply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to eliminate waste and improve efficiencyoLead design and engineering changes (BOMs, tooling, processes, documentation)oConduct time studies and optimize plant/workstation layoutsoCollaborate with R&D to translate product designs into scalable manufacturing processesoIdentify process gaps and implement improvements across production linesoInterface with suppliers to resolve manufacturing challengesoDevelop and maintain key process documentationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Our client is looking for a Power Distribution Designer to join the team! This role will provide full training! The position is onsite 5 days a week in the Asheville area, working 7am-3:30pm. This resource will be responsible to helping unify store data in order to unify legacy systems across various lines of businesses. This resource should have an ETL background with a strong focus on data engineering, specifically with AWS.
