A large software and gaming company is looking for an Associate Producer to help bring campaigns to life. In this role, you?ll partner with Senior and Lead Producers to guide campaigns from planning through launch, tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and keeping teams aligned on overarching campaign goals and strategy. You?ll act as a communication facilitator across cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Marketing, Creative, and Development, ensuring information flows clearly and nothing falls through the cracks. You?ll support across multiple products while also taking ownership of select campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has experience working within marketing or technology-driven organizations.In this role, you will? Partner with the Publishing Production team to manage day-to-day production needs for large-scale campaigns and initiatives? Drive execution of smaller campaigns independently, from planning through launch? Build and maintain campaign schedules, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and milestones are met? Track campaign schedules and deliverables across creative, publishing, and external partners, identifying risks and resolving roadblocks proactively? Serve as a communication facilitator between cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Marketing, Creative, and Development, ensuring clear visibility into project status, priorities, and decisions? Take notes in meetings and synthesize discussions into clear action items and next steps, distributing them to stakeholders and following up on ownership and completion? We are looking for a proactive project managers who takes end-to-end ownership of scope, timeline, predictive risk elimination, partner execution, and zero-defect maintenance window outcomes. The LCS PM partners directly with SDMs, PGMs, Architects, Consulting Engineers, Project Specialists, and third-party implementation vendors across Enterprise, Data Center Fabrics (ACI/Nexus), and Core/WAN domains.Day to Day:? Ingestion, Scoping & Baseline Planning: Ingest SOWs, WPAs, and HLDs to build comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMP) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Defend baseline milestone schedules aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).? Proactive Risk & RAID Governance: Anticipate operational, technical, and logistical hurdles weeks prior to cutovers (lead times, code certs, credential access, change freeze windows). Maintain an actionable RAID log with named owners and hard deadlines. Translate technical risks into crisp business impact updates for client leadership.? Pre-Execution Gating & Bridge Command: Enforce strict pre-flight gates (validated MOPs, cut-docs, peer reviews, lab simulations, CAB approvals). Orchestrate operational bridge logistics for major cutovers with firm go/no-go rollback checkpoints. Hold delivery partners strictly accountable to certified baselines.Milestone Acceptance & Revenue Enablement: Drive post-change verification, secure customer sign-off, and execute Milestone Completion Certificates (MCCs). The Patient Service Coordinator III (PSCIII) will support front desk operations providing essential administrative and patient-facing services for a Plastics outpatient facility. Key responsibilities include-? Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival? Verify patient demographics, insurance, and referral information? Collect copays and outstanding balances?
