Role SummaryServe as the technical lead and subject matter expert for an independent assessment of two AI-enabled healthcare-navigation vendors. This role will evaluate how each vendor leverages AI, analytics, and healthcare data to identify signals, predict member needs, generate recommendations, and enable proactive interventions.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AI/ML, data architecture, predictive analytics, enterprise integration, and technical vendor diligence. The individual must be able to distinguish marketing claims from demonstrable technical capabilities and communicate findings to both technical and executive audiences.Key Responsibilities- Lead technical diligence sessions with vendor AI, data, and engineering teams.- Evaluate how AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation are used within each solution.- Distinguish AI-driven intelligence from rules-based workflows, filtering logic, process automation, and human intervention.- Assess data sources, interoperability, data dependencies, data quality, data freshness, and timeliness of insights.- Evaluate the quality, completeness, and reliability of data signals used to drive member recommendations and interventions.- Assess predictive models, recommendation engines, and proactive-intervention capabilities for effectiveness and technical feasibility.- Review available evidence supporting vendor AI, analytics, and performance claims.- Evaluate enterprise architecture considerations, including integration patterns, scalability, interoperability, and operational support requirements.- Assess security, privacy, compliance, and governance considerations related to healthcare and member data.- Evaluate explainability, transparency, human oversight, and responsible AI practices.- Identify technical dependencies, implementation risks, architectural limitations, and scalability concerns.- Translate technical architecture, AI, and data considerations into business implications and implementation risks.- Provide technical findings and recommendations to support the final assessment and executive readout.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Position OverviewAT&T FirstNet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support go-to-market planning and operational execution across FirstNet product initiatives.This individual will partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product launches from planning through execution, manage deliverables and dependencies, identify gaps and risks, and help ensure teams remain aligned to targeted launch dates.The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with a business-process and customer-experience mindset. This person should be highly organized, proactive, comfortable working with urgency, and capable of driving stakeholders toward completion while maintaining strong working relationships.Telecommunications experience is not required.
